Very clean, quiet, and great location. Also very friendly staff and nicely decorated.

Very helpful and polite staff…they were amazing. The hotel room was beautiful and clean and up to date. Hotel was in an ideal location. Breakfast each morning was wonderful. Would stay here again with no question.

Parking access was very tight - larger cars /4x4s will struggle Room and service was excellent, Didn’t particularly like the music in the corridors (which was pretty audible in the rooms)

This is a lovely hotel close to the historic centre. We had a luxury room and couldn’t fault it. The breakfast was buffet style with a very good selection and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We would be happy to return to this hotel.

Very nice hotel on a quiet side street, but very convenient to all Bruges has to offer. Room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment. But there are plenty of places to eat within a five minute walk.

It was a wonderful place to stay, close to the Market yet far enough away to avoid the noise.

It’s a good hotel in a great location. Staff at the front desk were helpful albeit a little stretched at busy times so may need more staff to help them during peak periods. Overall a good stay, but I think it needs a few extra touches to claim its 4 star rating. The rooms are nice but you can hear absolutely everything through the door, walls and ceiling which leads to a very disruptive sleep. Also no robes in the room which would have been nice. No free bottle of water in room etc. These are extras for a standard hotel, but I’d expect to see them in a 4 star hotel.
