We had a good check in process. Gretchen was nice and professional. The room was spacious. Only complaint is the microwave took forever to heat the food up, small and low wattage I guess. Bed was comfy but little on the soft side which doesn't help my back. The location is great, close to many things including where my daughter lives. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool this time but I will next time I stay.

Seemed clean and acceptable. Personnel were nice. Available breakfast choices are not that much healthy and various. We had problem of hearing our neighboring room due to the connecting door at 5 am but management offered to switch our room.

Would stay again

The lobby decor was updated and welcoming, front desk staff made check in a breeze. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast good as well. Great stay!

All the people were very nice and a delicious breakfast. Relaxing at the pool was excellent.

Hot tub was not working properly. The Jets were extremely poor no bubbles. The water was warm and it was clean, but I hope they fix the pumps for the hot tub. I plan to be a return customer!

Loved it, the staff were so friendly and accommodating!! The pool and jacuzzi was sooo nice and felt amazing! I loved my experience and will most definitely be back!

I like how the rooms are very clean, it's peaceful, the staff is nice, but the only thing honestly it would be nice to have more comfortable fluffier pillows for sleeping the pillows are a little flat, woke up uncomfortable with pain and cramping in my neck, need to swap out those pillows for bigger fluffier ones.

Found hair and stains in the bed.

Much better than the Fairfieldmproperty we stayed at last year! Hampton was clean, modernized, staff friendly. And better location to the high school where we needed to be for an event

It was a great stay overall. It was an easy drive into Chicago and took us less than an hour to get there. The elevator made some funny noises, which was a little worrisome, but overall was good. The rooms were clean. The staff was nice. The breakfast was okay. The pool and hot tub were relaxing. There was a dirty diaper on the pool deck and lacked pool towels the first night of our stay. I blame the guest who left the diaper there. I would stay again.

I have tried to get in touch with someone but can’t speak with an actual person, I made our reservation online, but on the night we arrived, I was asked to pay $50.00, I don’t know what that was for, also the room was in the 1st floor, our neighbors was very noisy, and also it was as if the washer room was also close to our room and we hear it all night long, not a very relaxing stay at all. Please let me know why I had to pay an extra fifty dollars the night we arrived
