Booked through Expedia with no mention of the construction. I checked in and loud jack hammer or something of the sort from 9-5. It was ridiculous. Called hotel and spoke to manager and their position was that the message was posted on their official site so basically I was warned . They offered 25% off my $400 a night charge. The noise made it impossible to stay in the room during those hours . To say they are undergoing renovations is very unfair when people book thinking something minor is happening.

Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. For M Club, it’s the highlight of the staying. Complementary airport shuttle is the best, all staff are polite and friendly.

The air quality in the room and hallways was terrible. It never did cool down to my requested 60 F The air had no air circulation before I entered and it was very warm. Coffee was horrible ! No more Marriott in my life

great rooms and rest areas and wonderful pool area and outdoor place as well, however not very great with providing change or having any available for customers for their washer/dryers that require only change and don't work without it.

The heat is not working all the night was so cold on temp 32 ? There is no ironing only small steam non functioning one

Kids and I loved this place. Will definitely use from now on whenever we go to Toronto.

My room came with M Club Lounge access which has probably influenced my review - the lounge is lovely. Breakfast was good. The gym and pool are pretty decent. It looked like they have some nice activities or games for kids on the lawn. The front staff warned me about maintenance well in advance, but I never heard it apart from while I was the pool. The staff were friendly and courteous. Since this was a short trip for a couple of days and I was not on business, I didn't mind that there wasn't an iron or ironing board in the room. For an airport hotel, this was quite lovely!

Check in was flawless, the staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem I had was having to pay for parking when we spent a large amount of money on a basic room
