The staff were friendly , food and beach was good. however a few things need to improved: Bugambilia smelly restaurant - there was an odor seems as though the ventilation system needs to be replaced. Leaking ceiling when it rains had to put towels on the floor. Low water pressure in toilet , had to constantly inform the front desk. Unfortunately the staff were unable to resolve the issue. Expedia consultant Jose unavailable to assist with airport transportation. I called him 2 times he said he had the days off. Front desk staff were not aware of how to assist. 10 premium internet unavailable don’t pay extra internet service is sketchy. The resort has Wi-Fi designated areas.

There was a variety of food. The service in the restaurant was ok. However the room service cleaning was not done everyday in the room. Even when i requested it to be cleaned i called three times and no one came. In addition to that the rooms need to be upgraded. Everything seemed out dated and kinda old. Even parts of the rest could use some repairs because there were some leaks.

I like the convenience of the transportation inside the facility, it makes it easier to go to and back from the beach at any time. I also like the options in regards to the pools, 2 were for who preferred to be relaxed and the there 2 for who was looking to have more fun.

The was no towels and water when we needed. It took hours to get them when we called and ask for them. It took 3 calls before we got anything. This is a very different because we came here several times before and was no issues .

Great place for vacation, only receptionist not good, asking for money to give you room what you book, (like that room not available but if you pay couple hundred hi can give you better room and smoking room not available if you not paying extra).

This vacation was a disappointment. The staff at the resort ALL were perceived to hate their job, rude unpleasant. None of them smiled or had etiquette. Never a thank you, your welcome , how can I help you… At the buffet you could finish your food before they brought out your drinks. If you asked you got rolling their like such a bother to serve you. But yet all in a group talking. At checkout the bell guy saw us sitting there and once they transportation person came with bags halfway to the car did they get up and ask for the checkout ticket and when I was zipping up my bag he snatched it out of my had to put in the car. The room you could tell needed to be swept as it still had sand so it wasn’t cleaned that well. Worst staff ever encountered .

Not what shown on pictures. We had to upgrade to better hotel just to stay in something clean that did not smell of mold. After the paying extra to upgrade to better hotel that belongs to Bahia it was just ok. out of 18 adults and kids half got sick from food during the stay. two teens got really bad food poisning. Overall I would never go back to not only that hotel but whole chain that is there.

This is an overpriced 2 star hotel at best! It’s a relatively modern hotel, with spacious rooms, good beach. The staff is very rude. They have a terrible attitude, and want you to speak Spanish to them, which is strange, considering that this is an international resort. Forget about hospitality or customer service - haha. Overcrowded, the hotel can’t properly manage the flow. Feels like a conveyer. Too many people everywhere, as a result, no free sunbeds by the beach or pool, long lines to buffets, cafes, bars. The front desk is forcing guests to pay extra, citing hotel policies, for example: 1. the ala cart restaurants dining is free only for 2 nights, then it’s paid. 2. If you need a late check-out, you need to walk to the front desk to make arrangements, it can’t be done over the phone. Consider the distance and what an inconvenience to guests! 3. We booked a family suit for 4 adults, but somehow the reservation missed my 3 year old child, it was only for 2 adults. They forced us to pay extra for a child to stay in the family suit. My daughter got food poisoning from the main Orchidia buffet - hygiene in this buffet is low, smells, dirty tables. Again, this is the mill/ conveyer - no one cares about hygiene. No food inspection, I am sure. Be very careful when bringing young kids. Overall, this hotel sucks. Staff is hostile and unhelpful, out for themselves to make an extra cash out of any tourists who happen to come to this place. Never coming to this hotel!

Property is in need of a major renovation. I believe they are doing a bait and switch in there advertising on Expedia waiting to upgrade you when you arrive. We were very satisfied with a neighboring property, Emerald after we spent 1,000 more to upgrade. We have been to the island a couple of dozen times and this hotel is by far the worst expierence.

You can’t have food there except buffet there are many restriction even though you book all inclusive like you can book fine dine restaurants for 2 days only and you even can’t book at your stay because it was already booked by other visitors, rooms are not show as an image, we are three family booked in same booking all rooms are separated

This hotel is very large. You have to wait for trollies to get anywhere or walk very long distances. The food was probably the worst I have yet to experience for an all inclusive. There are many options but nothing is worthy for satisfaction. The place has so many guest that it’s hard to get actual help without a wait.

It was all clean, rooms weere very good. In the waterpark there were no towels 2 days out of the 7 we went.
