Everything was great and clean my kids love it

Cuando he ido a nuevo laredo siempre me he hospedado en este hotel y siempre la estancia ha sido placentera pero en esta ocasión unos pequeños detalles solamente al abrir la habitación habia un olor a polvo a humedad algo fuerte se que las habitaciones no tienen ventanas por ello se puede acumular el olor pero en esta ocasión si fue algo fuerte, el control de la tv no funcionó no encendía ni subía ni bajaba el volumen y lo último que fue por lo que no pude dormir algo habia en las sábanas o en el cuarto que nos pico durante la noche y no pude distinguir que era si moscos alguna pulga o las sábanas tenían jabón por un mal enjuague en esta ocasión si me toco la de malas por que en todas las anteriores no habia sucedido nada aun asi las siguientes veces me seguiré quedando ahi

Got a very nice upgrade due to a previous experience. But overall, stay was good although ac doesn’t work anywhere in the hotel other than the rooms and maybe in the restaurant. But hallways, elevators, and especially the lobby area are all scorching hot!

Pictures on the website look great but when you arrive you realize those were taken 40 years ago. AC not working at any part of the property but the room. Everything very dusty and old, old stains, water dripping from the ceiling. Not recommended at all!

The whole building does not have A/C. The interior of the hotel feels like a furnace and then the rooms are even worse, heatwise. Staff is as helpful as possible, but it’s unacceptable for summer heats. I’d close them down until they fix this issue. It’s unfair for the guests to expect the very least, a room that doesn’t feel like a furnace.

The staff was nice and helped out when we needed assistance. The hotel is in need of some remodeling. We stayed at the 3rd floor and the down button to the elevator was broken. Also, they only had 1 handicap room but my mother-in-law almost fell in the shower because one of the legs of the chair was bent.

becarfull if you leave something in the room they will not return the items you forget in the room i left my medicines and call them back they said it was nothing in the room in addition the bathroom had a water leak on the roof i did report it to the front desk and they never went to get it fix or change the room to prevent from any one to get hurt. I don't know if the management was change or there's still the same i have stay there several other times but now I do think I will be looking for other place to stay

Great staff, nice rooms but needs some upgrades.

El hotel estaba muy caliente, el baño del lobby tenía un olor terrible, y el de mi habitación también olía muy mal. El personal fue muy atento y amable.

THE LOBBY AREA IS VERY HOT, THEY NEED TO HAVE AC ON THE AREA OTHERWISE IS USELESS

Over priced food and bar room had huge crack in wall that leaked when it rained

There’s no air condition on the lobby and the elevators the hall are terrible hot and they don’t have any air conditioning on the hallways elevators or lobby

El baño estaba fallando y hacía un ruido muy incómodo, no había teléfono en la habitación , la alfombra estaba toda manchada, las tarjetas se desactivan muy pronto. En el lobby está muy caliente.

Front office staff was top of the line. But the room we got looked like it hadn’t been used in a while. AC remote didn’t work n they swapped it out quickly. But during the night AC made horrible noises that kept up from having a restful night. Toilet was not in proper working condition, it took several flushes to actually work properly. The restaurant staff were very un attentive! Never came back after just ordering two coffees and just technically stopped by to drop off the check. The lady even yelled at me when we were walking out “did u sign the check?” From where she was, I felt so embarrassed! I complained the next day after checking out n was told I would receive a call from a supervisor on duty but never did! Very disappointed!

Property is in poor conditions. Understaffed. Lobby's AC not working. Lucky if you get a room with a functional TV.

The person who was charged in cleaning they took a my wife property.. new clothes and women stuff!! Good breakfast and people from lobby was a really nice persons . I don’t know who stolen my wife stuff!!!!!!!!

Restaurant and bar are HIGHLY EXPENSIVE, only thing I would really complain of…
