Only issue…would except late check out & we have been going to this hotel for 35 years 9-10 weeks a year

I did t really like the pickleball bouncing at 0730 in the am.

The staff spent two days bothering my family and I about a timeshare for another hotel. They offered a taxi to the airport and I paid for it. Then they said they couldn’t honor it and never refunded me. I didn’t get help with my luggage after my stay. I would not stay there again.

Servicio

This hotel was beautiful the room so spacious with a small kitchen and balcony. There is a shopping center 5 min walk and a grocery market, Pizza Hut also 5 min away . I would definitely come back.

Very clean , the service was excellent from front desk , housekeeping and servers . We are so grateful to have spend our family vacation at this hotel

Even though the check in process was slow, Alvaro was super helpful. Very family friendly environment. Had a great time. Everything is neat by.

Was an older resort but was clean with friendly staff. Very nice stay.

Nuestro checking era a las 3:00 de la tarde y nos dieron nueva habitación a las 6:00pm 😏Este hotel lo que les interesa es vender membresia. muy insistentes en cual les dije que no estaba interesada. Este hotel es demasiado viejo y por el moho mis alergias están terribles

The place was nice and the staff too

Disappointing and Not Worth the Price I had high expectations for this resort given the steep price, but unfortunately, it fell far short. The property feels old and outdated, chipped paint, and furniture that’s seen better decades. For what we paid, I expected a lot more in terms of cleanliness and modern amenities. The food was mediocre at best. Bland flavors, limited options, and clearly not made with much care. Definitely not what you’d expect from a supposedly high-end resort. Overall, this was a major letdown. You’re paying luxury prices for a budget experience. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you enjoy overpaying for underwhelming service.

this property is like a time share, very difficult to get away from the "pitch" Cost me 8 hours of my trip. The food here is terrible! the drinks are of poor quality especially for the price. Limited air conditioning( rooms only, if it works) the pool was clear in the morning but by 3 it was cloudy and smelled of urine. the beach was nice though. there were good restaurants close by and the location of this property is good. But that is the only thing

Amazing staff all around. Property was kept very clean. The resort was very family friendly, they had high chairs as well as it was accessible for strollers. They have cribs available upon request. All restaurants have amazing food, not once did we think we would get sick from anything we ate. I would recommend this place over and over again except I don’t want it to get too popular and over crowded! It was the most perfect get away for my husband, myself and our baby!
