Very good

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The food was amazing, with great quality and plenty of tasty options. The staff and overall atmosphere made the stay enjoyable. The only downside was the gym, which was very small, and unfortunately the only treadmill was not working during my stay. Apart from that, everything else was excellent and I would happily stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mour hotel. The only think we had an issue with was that you could not book breakfast at time of booking and had to pay separately when checking in. The staff were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was 10/10. We will definitely stay there again in future.

Appreciate the hotel is in administration which won’t be helping the staff’s motivation but basic cleaning standards were below what you would expect - a used contact lense packet found under the floating bedside table. Very dated and in need of a new buyer which I’m sure will invest as it’s a unique property and occupancy was very high the night I stayed. F&B wasn’t what you’d expect of a 4* property

Pleasant overnight stay. Had half of 2 rolls of tissue which I thought may have been leftovers from previous occupants? I suggest giving whole rolls of tissues.

The breakfast was underwhelming. The bread bin was all crusts. Al's curtains in the room would be great.

My room was nice, carpets are a bit worn etc. But it was alright. Worse thing is the restaurant. I didnt have breakfast as it was served to late for me, but i ate once in the restaurant for an evening meal. Half the menu wasn't available so I had a chicken burger. It was alright, but everything seemed quite expensive for what it was. I would have eaten here before, however, even though the restaurant looked empty i was told there was a long wait. However, there is a great steak house a short walk away. The gym is a waste of time

Great accessible room with amazing air conditioning

Rooms were comfortable, didn’t like the Hugh step into the shower & Bath. Quite dangerous in the dark. Bar, parking and staff were all good. Breakfast choice and quality for £15.99 per person was quite limited.

Don't accept cash, would be unlikely to return.

Poor cleanliness of the hotel rooms. Changed room and the second room was just as bad so left and booked elsewhere.

Perfect. Quiet, comfortable, clean. Good breakfast too.

Everything was perfect, only observation was that the carpets were looking tired.

Stayed here for one night. Rooms and bathrooms very dated and tired. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. I went down for breakfast about 8am and everything was cold and had run out. No juice machine, just empty jugs. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

First time at this hotel, will book again when in the area. Staff friendly, room and bathroom very good

The room was spacious with a large shower. The carpet was threadbare and the bed was extremely hard. I discovered that the restaurant prices were excessive, £23 for fish and chips, £37 for an 8oz RUMP steak! A five minute drive took me to the Badger Box, extensive menu, great prices, £13 8oz Sirloin Steak, happy days.
