4.5 stars my A$$. This hotel is a joke. Hasn’t been refurbished (at least) in a decade. Carpet floor is totally damaged with bits hanging randomly here and there. Furniture chipped everywhere. The breakfast was miserable in look & feel. Not even comparable to a basic Travelodge.

Room was lovely and clean. Carpets a little tired though. Bed was far too hard for my liking.

The room had cob webs, bathroom flooring was cracked and broken. The flooring its self in the bedroom was awful and made of plastic, no decent size wardrobe its a slot at the side of the bed hidden and the kettle was hidden in the other slot of the bed on the other side. Table was marked and just awful. My TV was interrupted 2 times by someone sending there apple code to connect. This was a quick over night stay as a stop off. I will never stay here again. Also the prices for the food are crazy.. £16 for a sandwich is diabolical.

Parking Free a plus Hotel a little tired Evening meal pricey so had the fish and chips, really very poor quality Hotel could be nice with some parts refreshed and a decent menu

Suited are need to stay local to family.

Gym is lacking

Carpets are thread bare in places both in corridors near the lift and also as you enter your room. Black silicone in the shower base and mirrors not cleaned properly. Breakfast was terrible, all very dry and un appealing. Fried eggs that had been under the headlamp so long they had turned to rubber, bacon you could resoul your shoes with. Holiday Inn far better and 1/3 the price. Didn't eat in the bar [ not restaurant] as the prices were very unreasonable. I have eaten in London hotels for less.

Great food, bar, staff, AC, carpets getting a bit threadbare tho - only reason for star downgrade

Great for a nights stay although the receptionist didn't have a clue about anything. ❌️ *No early check in as requested. *No twin beds as requested we got a double bed with two mattresses (which were not comfy at all) *No sockets next to the bed. ✅️ *easy access to many attractions *Easy parking *Lovely bar area *Very clean Definitely would stay again 👍

The hotel is a little tired looking, room was okay and clean. Location was near (about 7 mins drive, not walkable) to the Park and Ride for Nottingham City Centre, then an easy 25 mins tram journey in. Not sure if there was an easier method. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Wasn’t too impressed when arrived at the pre agreed early check in to be told that we may not be able to check in then minutes later handed keys - unnecessary stress at the start of our trip. Also very disappointed that friends of ours who had booked a room without breakfast were allowed to help themselves to a free breakfast buffet for two people to take up to their room whereas we had paid full price

We stayed for night, Overall a good clean hotel, but check in experience was weird! Only one staff member on reception. The booking software didn't seem to be working. We were given the wrong key (access card) which let us into a room already occupied, thankfully the guests weren't there, just their open luggage, but this could have been incredibly embarrassing. Moar hotel needs to urgently review its check in process and staffing levels on Saturday afternoons. As their check in software allows guests access to other guests rooms it needs to be replaced.

75 minutes to check in, and the gym consists of 4 pieces of equipment, all of which are broken (bike, cross trainer, treadmill and rower all broken in someway so unusable)

Convenient location close to M1 (but not too close). Great car park (with several EV chargers) surrounded by trees. Huge reception with comfy sofas. Great check in by polite and efficient staff. Good size room with masculine decor. A little worn around the edges but very clean. The extremely firm bed suited us. We liked the views from the 4th floor (there were lifts). We used the hotel to break a long journey. The restaurant was slightly pricey, but our food was good. We didn’t stay for breakfast.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The food was amazing, with great quality and plenty of tasty options. The staff and overall atmosphere made the stay enjoyable. The only downside was the gym, which was very small, and unfortunately the only treadmill was not working during my stay. Apart from that, everything else was excellent and I would happily stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mour hotel. The only think we had an issue with was that you could not book breakfast at time of booking and had to pay separately when checking in. The staff were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was 10/10. We will definitely stay there again in future.

Appreciate the hotel is in administration which won’t be helping the staff’s motivation but basic cleaning standards were below what you would expect - a used contact lense packet found under the floating bedside table. Very dated and in need of a new buyer which I’m sure will invest as it’s a unique property and occupancy was very high the night I stayed. F&B wasn’t what you’d expect of a 4* property
