Rooms were old and smelled as well as dirty a little scary to stay at

Don't think the carpet has ever been cleaned. We had to throw our socks away!!!

The property was clean but the tub I had in my room was chipping and pealing also no hot water in shower it was like warm also ran out of toilet paper

The staff was amazing

The fridge was plugged into an extension cord... definitely a fire hazard, severely, the microwave was plugged into a brown extension cord, & neither the microwave or fridge had a ground plug, the phone, to call down to the desk...well, it's got cut wires, & not hooked up, beds weren't comfortable at all, sheets were severally stained really bad, in their book it says they serve biscuits & gravy, & they dont...didnt have any fruit or anything like that, like most places do..Plus side tho, the hot water for showers felt amazing after being rained, stormed, soaked, & muddy!

Booked room online. Room was supposed to be theme room jungle. Get room key and was wrong room. Found out room I booked was not available or finished yet. Nothing worked in room including lights wall plugins. No TV remotes. All special features didn’t work including waterfall animals pictures etc. Was not clean at all no toilet paper. Room phone did not work also. There were cockroaches in hot tub. Hot tub was very very nasty. Did not look clean at all. Did not want to stay at all but was denied the money I had paid. Notice no refunds policy. Man at front desk was very very nice and tried his best to make things better, but there is only so much you can do. Very very disappointed and will never stay again. Waste of a lot of money for something I was hoping would be a really fun night that was a complete nightmare. Would upload pictures but did not know to take any since the no refunds policy.

Close to food chains and steak houses. Parking was easy. Laundry and free ice on site.

The beds were wet, and when management was told they just brushed it off as the air conditioner. Also I could swear I reserved an handicapped room. Ours was not. It was not full so their wouldn't have been a problem. I think they over charge for a room that the bed is wet. I would have left and gotten a different hotel but had already paid. Plus with it being special olympic weekend nothing would have been available. WOnt stay their again

Dirty, smell, no toilet paper holder, mussing light bulb, bathroom door wouldn't close. Very limited breakfast anf no care went into it. No bathroom at office.

I stayed for 4 days. No maids in 4 days no service. Room was falling apart. after 4 days I went to talk with management. They wouldn't even give me their names. I said I wanted to check out early (instead of 10 days) they told me no refund from either the hotel or you. I asked for the manager and they told me his name was Mr. V and he would be there on Thursday, then gave me his business card with the Name Mr. V all that was on the card and the hotels phone number. I did stay later in the week at another. Worst place I have stayed in 60years. Ken

I did not like the towels they were dirty, bathroom the shower head old and rusty, paint peeling off the wall in the tub.

When you walk in the room it's immaculate. Beautiful whte hand towels and washcloths. Then you go in the bathroom. Tub is cracked and filthy. Towels are small and gray. I dont understand. I've pictures if you'd like them. I won't be taking a shower.

I would not stay in this hotel again. Condition was very poor.

Trash on the floor. Some sort of gummy substance on one of the bedspreads (2queen, I booked a king) No iron. The microwave

Fun and unique. Comfortable beds. I appreciate they use the zip on mattress covers under the bedding so I was assured there weren’t any bedbugs. Rooms are perfect for the price. They aren’t top notch brand new, but they are clean, comfortable, and each room seems to have its own theme which is fun. I didn’t get to see the hot tub rooms, but it appears they have some really fun themed hot tub rooms too. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was basic, but good for an option. In the room there was a binder with all the available church/temple offerings, dining, attractions, and more in the area. I thought that was great. I’d stay here again if passing through.
