When you are looking for a bed and a shower and don't want to pay high prices - this was an excellent value! Everything was clean and well maintained. If you are looking for a place that is fancy or has lots of frills - this isn't it, but for a good place to lay your head down - Great!

Room was clean, but a bare bones motel room. No coffee service or breakfast. Soap was the only amenity in the bathroom, towels were thin. The $200 cost was outrageous for what was offered.

The perfect spot to wait and rest while a loved one was in the hospital. The front desk person was kind and helpful. The room was clean and accessible. I would suggest implementing some energy efficient and earth friendly lighting for the parking lot and entry ways.

Honestly, this is my default selection when the Hampton Inns are too expensive. Otherwise, it's close to the highway and a decent option if you don't care about not having breakfast available.

Exactly what we wanted--low price, safe, clean, up to date. have to pay for gyms, pools, complimentary breakfasts that we never use. I would be happy to stay in a similar place anywhere in the world.

I loved the fact that i booked two rooms that were side by side but on the top floor...my neice had two infants with her n the front dest agent moved her to the ground floor so she wouldn't have to lug so much up n down the steps :)

It was clean. Price was right. It served our purpose. No pets allowed. Would stay again

Staff are wonderful people. Seems to family owned and they take excellent care of their guests. Very convenient location for shopping and a few restaurants. Just under a mile from I-95, so quick trip back on the road the next day. We stay at the beginning of our trip and liked it so much we stayed here again on the way back. Simple little place, not flashy, a clean bed, mini fridge and microwave, and a clean shower...just what we needed.

Definitely not worth $185 a night. Nothing special here. Location is in a business district in a busy road.

The rooms were clean and the Inn is centrally located in Biddeford. It took us less than 5 minutes to go to the various places we visited around Biddeford.
