The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided a pleasant stay overall. The food was good and enjoyable, although the menu became a bit repetitive after a few days. It was disappointing that only one restaurant was open during our stay, which limited dining options. Also, having no water available in the room was an inconvenience. With a few small improvements, this hotel could offer an even better guest experience.

Very nice hotel, friendly personnel, renovated and updated rooms with spacious new style bathrooms. Great beach and pools.

What i did not like was the pool is not clean, it has a yellow stucky film around the while pool. And there is a lot of bacteria in the pool. I can tell it has not been cleand for a while.

Very nice staff, quick cleaning of the tables. Food ok, except the bread: dry. Honors to the pastry chef, though. And to the people in the bar. Biggest two downsides: absolutely impossible to find a single free sunbed, although there was enough lawn space to place out many more. Also: only flimsy thin bed spreads, didnt get a good nights sleep.

Really lovely hotel with great facilities, the pool area was good although salt water, the food was excellent, the staff very friendly and we had an excellent and picturesque sea view from our room on the first floor. The only issue we had was on our return home both myself and my husband got bites all over us when we put our travel clothes on that had been in the wardrobe for the week and i suspect it was fleas or some sort of mites. I had to go to the pharmacy for medication once we got home it was so severe. However that said it was a great holiday and a great place to stay. Our next holiday i will be taking wipes and disenfectant spray before putting my clothes in any wardrodes. Margaret & Colin

Location was poor so no bars or restersunts close to you , had to get bus into town , hotel was very clean and staff were nice

Nice hotel, all inclusive with excellent buffet selection and drinks. The only extra are the sun beds on the beach (3,50). Easy access to the garden, pool and beach. Amazing position, quiet, sunny, relaxing. All hotel staff was very kind and friendly, except for a young moustache boy at the bar. Just a couple of downsides, that it’s not a complaint but just a way to help improvement: the water provided for teas coffees and drinks is salted. I love teas but the resulting flavour was so bad I was always choosing coffee (which somehow was hiding the saltiness). Second, the beds in the room and the sun beds in the garden were way too soft. Considering that we were spending most of the time laying on them, it is very important to have solid good quality ones. At least in the rooms of a 4 star. Amazing entertainment team. Very pleasant stay in general.

Great hotel and grounds, well maintained and overall cleanliness. Evening entertainment is lacking, needs lots of improvement. A place where adults can go listen to music/dance in the evening would be great. Shows were dull, many guest left after first 10 minutes.

Took my friend and her daughter away for their birthdays, the service was exceptional, the hotel entertainment team round the pool were fantastic, got to try scuba diving in the clean pool and the beach was fab too.plus a wide and varied choice of food and drinks being all inclusive.

Excellent food and lovely staff. Beautiful gardens. Very disappointed that the advertised fitness centre belonged to another hotel, cost 6 euros and consisted of five pieces of equipment in a tiny room. The hotel should not advertise that they have a fitness centre, as this is misleading.

Great day and night experience. Definitely coming back to relax in this massive grounds, pool and beach with friendly staff and delicious well prepared meals.

The hotel is quite isolated though there are a few souvenir/grocery shops nearby. I didn't see any restaurants within walking distance which is probably why it's all-inclusive. The nearest town is Rethymnon which is about 15 mins drive away. I'd recommend hiring a car if staying at Creta. The rooms are looking a bit tired and lack a safety box otherwise it's fine. Strangely there is a charge for use of sunbeds on the beach.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré un petit incident de clef et de personnel qui à vite été résolu par la direction. Nourriture excellente et variée, plage et mer très bien.

Cet hôtel est parfaitement situé avec toutes les commodités. Le buffet est excellent et varié.

Schicke neue Zimmer und eine tolle Lage direkt am Strand

En helt fantastisk opplevelse å være her. Stedet er helt nydelig, med en strand hvor det er mye fisk som gjør snorkling perfekt. Vi gjorde vår research på forhånd og tok med leiebil. Om du vil reise i Skaleta-området kan du fint ta buss, men skal du lenger kan avstandene fort gjøre bil til et bedre alternativ. Hotellet er plassert slik at vi fint kunne ta utflukter mot både Heraklion og Chania! Vi bodde i en nyoppusset suite med kveldssol og utsikt over havet. Rommet var bedre enn vi kunne forventet - svært med god plass til klær og ting, og en stor balkong. Resepsjonen var alltid behjelpelig og hyggelige. Siden vi forlovet oss på turen fikk vi også champagne og kaker sendt til rommet fra dem. Det satte vi pris på! Både frokost, lunsj og middag imponerte oss veldig, det var alltid mye å velge mellom. Heller aldri tomt for noe, selv om vi kom en halvtime før stengetid enkelte dager. Drikken er ok. Brusen fungerer, men både juicen og drinkene har en merkelig ettersmak. Atmosfæren var deilig, både ved bassengområdet og på stranden. Det eneste negative med dette stedet er at man må tidlig opp på morgenen for å "reservere" solseng på stranden om man skal ha sjans til å ligge der ... Det er jeg ikke fan av. Men totalt sett en helt fantastisk opplevelse. Vil gjerne tilbake.
