Place is outdated, all the rooms were up very steep stairs, luckily there was a bathroom up there for our elderly mom that was traveling with us.

There were no basics like toilet paper or soap. There was no fan and with the windows open we got many, many mosquito and bug bites. The wifi did not work at all during our stay. This location needs to reduce rates to reflect the extreme lack of amenities.

It's basic - you get what you pay for - but adequate. Situated a little bit out of things but a 10 minute walk to the small beach and two restaurants. A number 39 bus nearby to get into town, but not on a Sunday. 45 minute walk to town. Helpful staff but reception only open part time. For value for money we can recommend.

Excellent location, cant comment on service as reception barely open. But we didn't need anything anyway. Stay was out of season visiting family, so pool etc closed. Looked very nice though. If in summer I may be concerned with lack of aircon. Walking distance to local beach with restaurants and a lovely friendly artisan bakery. Area is good to stay to explore surrounding areas such as hendaye, sare, Biarritz, st jean and northern Spain.

We wanted somewhere reasonably priced to stay for a couple of nights. The picture on the site is misleading as the pool is quite small and your are staying in an apartment, not a hotel in the normal sense of that word. It was adequate for a couple of days, but if I would not want to stay very much longer than that. Reception staff are friendly and the location acceptable. If you felt energetic it would be possible to walk to St-Jean-de-Luz and avoid all the usual problems with finding a place to park! There is nice beach close to the hotel within easy walking distance, and a small supermarket. However, if we were to visit this area again, we would consider other accommodation options.

Séjour correct, logement propre et lumineux. À deux pas du centre et de la plage par un petit chemin qui borde l’eau. Une piscine est disponible, nous n’avons pas pu nous y baignez car le temps ne le permettait pas.

Nous avons apprécié la formule pour notre arrivée tardive. La communication avec l'établissement est excellente. Le site est directement sur les espaces piétons et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'établissement

Très bien situé dans un environnement très agréable Studio bien équipé. Seul bémol le couchage principal est un canapé convertible assez usé et peu confortable

Établissement et chambre propre dans l’ensemble mais petit bémol car odeur d’urine dans les toilettes et salle d’eau à notre arrivée + la durée de notre séjour (location pour une seule nuit). Draps et serviettes propres donc ok. Petit moins pour mon oreiller pas très confortable. Le point fort : Accueil / personnel de l’établissement sympathique et professionnel. En conclusion, rapport qualité / prix ok pour cette location.
