Older style but immaculate and spacious. Easy on-site parking and a really comfy bed. Great amenities close to rests and shops. Great service on check-in and throughout my stay. 2nd visit and sure to be back.

Room was clean and comfortable but the pillows were flat and rock hard. Great shower. Ideal for our overnight stop.

Location near airport

On arrival the Receptionist was completely disinterested and disengaged. Room itself was tidy however outdated with broken lifted tiles in bathroom. My partner found the bed incredibly uncomfortable. For the executive room it was disappointing but for the price it was ok. Carparking is good

Check in was painful. Direction for parking unbelievable. Room 22 was in a corner from hell. Smokers directly outside our door. Bathroom was dirty and shower full of mould. The weeds were gross outside windows and leading up to reception. This place might have been convenient for us but never again. First impression was disappointing. Lots of work needed to improve this venue.

Only concern was faulty hot water service that management know about. Wish they would fix it.

The best way to describe the property is that you get what you pay for. For budget minded people it’s completely fine. I think there remain some maintenance issues. The split system air conditioner was noisy and rattled against the wall. Either it’s been installed by a dodgy workman or it’s not been maintained. It’s a newer style so I suspect it’s the installation. It’s in a good location to be honest but it’s used by workmen as an accommodation when they are working away from home I think. So even when you are trying to have a reasonably quiet time you can hear them all chatting outside the rooms and swearing like they do. I’m not worried about the language, it’s just language but if they don’t consider the other people there it’s rude. I wanted to try here just because it was a cheaper option than the Quest. I didn’t hate it but I didn’t love it either unfortunately.
