Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful lobby and seating area. Room was very basic, window faced an interior courtyard so no view. And sound from the neighbors echoed like crazy. A/C was basically just blowing room temp. Also, not a hostel. No kitchen or shared spaces. Overall, hotel was nice room was basic.

Excellent customer service at the front desk. You need to return your key each time you exit. There was always an employee working the desk that was always friendly. Very central location. I walked to all the major sites and the metro.

Very good and accesible

I love this hotel! It is in Plaza Angel which is walking distance to everything, the art museums, Sol, Plaza Mayor etc. in Las Letras neighbourhood, a charming area full of shopping, bars and great restaurants. The hotel itself is lovely with a great lobby and clean comfortable rooms. The desk staff were always helpful and kind and I will always stay in this hotel when I am in Madrid!

Excellent location. Compact room. AC wasn’t working too well.

Service was great and the hotel was in a perfect location for sightseeing. My only issues were that the bed was VERY firm/uncomfortable and that the shower didn't seem to stay hot; it bounced between hot and cold.

The hotel is well centered in Madrid, 15min avarage walking distance from important cites. Our room was small but, the bathroom need to adjust the shower entrance. I almost can get in or get out of the shower. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast need a little more options.

I’m 6’1 and the room that I was given was deep in a nook, small, and unbearably hot somehow , radiator off and ac on, it was a constant give or take 80 degrees in that room and bc it was small I had a hard time sleeping and getting stuff done, on the other hand the area is really great and staff are very nice , everything was good except for the actual room

First, thank you for helping make my trip to Madrid a memorable one. Breakfast was very good, and was filling enough where I could get my sight seeing for the day done and then get lunch. The location of the hotel was perfect; just a 20 minute walk to Atocha Station and a 15 minute walk to the big museums like Thyssen, El Prado, and Reina Sofia; and from centers such as Sol and Plaza Mayor. No shortage of food places and a laundromat was conveniently located down the street. Service was attentive. Sadly, the European style toilets tend to jam and mine did—twice. But the front desk was helpful and was able to fix it swiftly. Once again, sorry about that. Hopefully I’ll be able to come back and visit soon. I miss it already.

My family and I enjoyed the beautiful view of the streets and the liveliness of the areas surrounding our property. The streets were very busy and nightlife was very pleasant.. shops opened late and it was very safe to walk around and see the city and shops. Staff was friendly and breakfast was amazing. Will definitely recommend this place for others to experience.
