Five stars for the price. Room was great and clean. Check in manager is so friendly and helpful. Great location right across the street from the mall. Definitely would stay again

Quick check in Clean room, organized, bed is alright, water is strong pressure and hot Hot tub was definitely a plus Only problem is the small restroom, but I’m a big person Walkable to the shopping center, close to everything by car too, just 10 mins away from everything

Bed was comfy

Property was conveniently located in the area, easy to get an Uber to downtown. We booked the king suite with the jetted tub. Which didn’t even work. So that’s was a bummer, room was okay, very small and a little run down. Bed was old and springy and pillows were okay. For the price it was okay but I wouldn’t stay here again because of the comfort level I would just pay more to stay somewhere else.

Rooms were clean and the staff was nice. A weekend getaway with the hubby and kids. Everything was close by within 5-10 minutes distance so it was perfect for us! Not bad for a 2 star hotel

Place is ok. Very old but if you just need to sleep then its fine.

My family and I spent two nights here while exploring Monterey and Carmel. Our room was clean and comfortable, beds were comfortable, had great water pressure, and the A/C and heat worked as they should. We requested a first floor room and late check-in via the Expedia app, and the staff honored this and knew who we were when we showed up. I use a mobility scooter and the manager went out of his way to make sure I had easy access to the room, even offering to help lift the scooter over the threshold when we first arrived. He apologized for not having a ramp even though we hadn't booked an accessible room. We really could not ask for more, given our hotel budget for this trip.

That staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We will stay again for sure. Centrally located to nearby attractions. Again the staff was amazing

Large, clean room, with refrigerator. Good bed. Recommend upper floor: Very thin ceilings and every step from upstairs is a loud boom!

We had a great experience at the Rodeway Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, and Dan at the front desk was especially helpful and kind. Really appreciated the great service. We’d stay here again!

Took my little dog on vacation to Monterey for a few days. This hotel was absolutely perfect. I intentionally booked the room with the big tub and I LOVED it. Was so nice to relax after all the walking & site seeing we had done during the day. For the dog owners that love their pet enough to bring them along, there is a beautiful gated courtyard for your dog to be off leash & potty. It had several picnic tables too. The owners were phenomenal and incredibly friendly. I will for sure be booking future Monterey trips here. Had the absolute best time with my little dog.

Check in was great room was a bit small for a suite but then again the shower with the jacuzzi bath took up the room

Staff is courteous, friendly, and professional. The plants and shrubbery are well maintained. Right across the street from Del Monte Center.

The heater was broken

This property is great! Exceptional staff, nicest rooms in the area for the affordable cost. Highly recommend!
