Great for a family vacation. It was lively but a bit too loud if you are looking for quiet relaxation. Otherwise the rooms were clean and the staff was helpful.

The perdon who checked me in was not particularly helpful, however the person who chrcked me out was rude! I asked for a taxi to the bus station, she hesitated, then called one taxi who said he was busy, she did not adk for how long. She hung up and then tried to convince me the bus did not go where I wanted to go. I knew better, butshe thought I was wrong and eventually just walked away from me. The other person working the front desk just looked the other wsy. I had to walk with heavy suitcases for 25 minutes to the bus station and rventually I got on the bus to the place I knew it went. There were no other guests st the front desk at the time. I was treated very rudely by your employees!

Overall, very good. Excellent staff. Corridors very noisy. Room cleaning starts early and staff have loud conversations. That said, most guests don’t keep their voices down I thought parking was expensive at €15 per day at such an off season time of year. Pool table had torn cloth, poor cues, and no chalk and expensive at €2 for a game. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

Lots of food available at buffet. The facilities are big and clean. The beach is about a 10min walk down a boardwalk. They had filtered water machine for the guests. And the service was very accommodating and staff was super nice.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and popular with 'sun birds' at this time of the year. Isla Cristina is a working town and certainly not a resort. Offers very little (in winter at least), nothing close to the hotel and nothing much to see/do in the centre/harbour. A car is essential if you want to explore the area....and get away from the drudgery that is Isla Cristina.

A pleasant hotel close to the beach. Good for walking, bird watching. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant provided plenty and varied foods, though evening meals didn't begin until 19.30. We were on half board, though all inclusive is an option (VERY expensive if you wait to upgrade at the hotel) . Swimming pool was closed ([presumably for the winter). There is an activity organiser with a daily programme (not sunday or monday) and evening entertainment (mostly music and dancing). There is a small 'cinema' with a couple of films shown each day. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Supermarket about 200 metres away.

Staff lack service industry experience Z. Front desk not helpful, restaurant staff rude. The outside pool/bar staff better but the hotel does not have enough staff. Gym/Spa smelled of mold. Breakfast lacked variety. BBQ theme dinner was good. Hotel ran out of cold water on Saturday for hours without notice.

This hotel is just great for families. Everything is prepared for families with kids. The pool is great with low depth almost in the entire place. There is surveillance in the pool. The restaurant has chairs for kids and there are food options that the small ones always enjoy. The apartment is big enough for 4 and the beds are comfortable. The variety of the food in the restaurant is quite good. The hotel is located close to one beach but is not close enough to go by foot for those who have small kids. But there are plenty of good beaches less than 2 kilometers from the hotel with free parking. We have multiple parking options in the surroundings of the hotel including free places. Also very close to the hotel is a Mercadona where we can buy the necessary stuff. The WiFi works well enough.Overall me and me family had a great time here.

The room was clean and large with a balcony (view of the park) and a large bathroom with two shower heads: one stationary and one with removable handle that was great for our 6 year old. The hotel is shaped like an "L" and our room was at one of the far ends. The only elevators are in the middle so our walk from the elevator was very long. The walk to the beach takes a while (8-10 minutes with little shade) so don't forget anything! The walkway consists of railroad ties so it is not smooth and would be hard work to push a stroller or cart. Once we got to the beach, it was lovely and not too crowded. Lots of seashells and a lovely view. We did not eat in the restaurant but you can get an all-inclusive package that many people seemed to use. We visited the city of Isla Cristina and found it to be rather nice. We walked about 10 minutes north for some delicious churros and chocolate and had dinner in some great seafood restaurants. This hotel is meant to be a one-stop destination where you never have to leave the hotel (pools, games, activities, food). I would recommend this hotel as just that: a destination where you park your car (for free on the street or on site for 15 euros/day) and forget about it. Great for kids.

Outstanding hotel in a rather lame area. Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast buffet and overall excellent infrastructure (although we experienced some nuisance because of renovation works).

Nice comfortable hotel with excellent facilities. Close to lovely beaches and an easy walk to restaurants in the town. Super pool with bar and snacks so no need to move far.
