Needs a new bed

We complained to hotel staff after taking cold showers with little water pressure and they informed us the owner does this on purpose. Our sink didn’t drain, beds were old, furniture old. You can tell the owner is pinching pennies. Spend your money elsewhere

Bathroom needs some renovation

Nice bed and spacious. Front desk staff very gracious and polite. Bathroom was clean but old. The hotel is in a good area.

Outside and lobby looked appealing. Pictures online looked great! Very deceiving. Overall cleanliness of the room was awful. Bathroom was filthy. Toilet especially. Dresser / TV area looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in several stays. When we walked in the room it smelled like mildew and we had to kick the air down to 68 to even make it smell okay to sleep. There was zero water pressure in the shower. Only 1/4 roll of toilet paper left and no more in the room. Thankfully we were only there one night. Will not stay there again & we usually love Hampton Inn’s.

Our stay was wonderful. Room was spacious and very clean. The front desk was so accommodating and sweet.

Starting to charge for parking and only find out when you check in a negative breakfast not really good this time. Room was nice and staff was nice

I liked the front desk clerk that checked us in. I did not like that a 3rd floor room did not have hot water.

Nice staff. Nice property.

Floors were very dirty. Had shoes and socks off for less than an hour. Went to get ready for bed and realized bottoms of feet were nasty.

Front desk staff were amazing at check in.

Used bar of soap put back into box. Used wash rag refolded and hung. Toilet handle broken.

Rooms were clean, constable beds. Hotel staff were great and attentive to every detail or concerns. Ill definitely stay again.

Convenient location off the interstate with lots of restaurants available in the immediate area
