The hotel is located not far from the beach. The place is also pretty good. The staff were lovely, good service. But the extra bed is a little expensive And would like to improve the Amenity Set for better quality The breakfast is foreign style. But understandable Because only foreigners staying

The room is very nice and clean. Across the road, can walk down to Kata beach. But there is a deposit for 2 thousand keycards

The service is very good. The staff are very attentive to take care of customers. But the room air conditioner is not cold Maybe some rooms are cold, some rooms are not cold But the place that we stayed was not that cold, so I would like to move the breakfast to a buffet style.

We had a 5 days 4 nights stay here. It was an average stay. For some reason, our room wasn't completely stocked up with things like bedroom slippers, laundry bag and etc. We had to ask for it. Even the complimentary bottled water were not provided after the room make-up. It gave us the feeling that things were done half heatedly. Nevertheless, the overall stay was pleasant. Convenient stores was nearby. Plenty of affordable restaurants around. The beach was just like a 5 mins walk away. There's a great massage - Oriental Massage on the way to the beach/ opposite Kata Mama.

The hotel was excellent! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had very minor issues along the way and the staff took care of everything quickly and professionally. The Sea View room was worth a little extra cost. We loved sitting on the balcony and looking out on the ocean, both to watch surfers and also just to look out at the ocean at night. The breakfast was great and had a lot of variety. Other reviews have noted that there are a lot of stairs. This is true, but my family enjoyed that because we were eating so much food both at the hotel and otherwise.

Good service staff Both the lobby, the dining room, polite to speak, because the reservation came in. The single bed can have a double bed. The staff changed later. Found 1 cursed insect in the bathroom But the housewife came to deal quickly Book a non-smoking room But still smelled cigarette The breakfast is varied, the taste is ok. Didn't book with the room. Go to buy a restaurant With promotion fit A buffet of 200 baht per person (usually 500) near Kata Beach. Walking is generally considered good.

The hotel is beautiful, close to the beach, only 2 minutes walk to Kata Beach. There is a parking lot, cool towel and welcoming ice cream is very favorite in the fully equipped room. The bathroom has a pay line. There is a water bath, 2 beautiful pools. The reception staff is good. The most favorite is Go to the next season Request free upgrade to the garden view room to Seaview. (But the Seaview room is high, walking far, complicated, not suitable for children and old people) Overall summary for 8 full 10

The best place for stay in Phuket. Near beach, Family Mart, Main Street, Pharmacy, and Seafood Restaurant that affordable. Had a blast. Nice and kind staffs, swimming pool is also great. They got welcome drinks too !

Highly not recommended. Very bad service. Staffs that are unreasonable and rude. The high-end deluxe rooms are very inaccessible requiring 3 lift rides and lots of walking. They're also very badly maintained. Heater not hot, toilet bowl that couldn't flush stuff away. Stains everywhere. Really bad. We paid and prebooked 2 months sea view and were given option for connecting room. Upon reaching the said connecting room requests not 100% guaranteed. That's b**ls**t. No reason why it couldn't be done. Next thing we know room are fully booked we have to wait 30 minutes so I argued with manager. They gave me a normal room under the sea view rooms that can't see the sea view as it's blocked by the building in front of my room. How is that sea view? Will never go back again and don't recommend anyone booking this place.

Smiling staff Very nice welcome, impressive value, beautiful rooms, clean, 2 minute walk to Kata Beach. 10 minutes walk to Kata Noi beach. Very beautiful. Recommended to swim here. Affordable room The quality is really overpriced. Recommended as accommodation for families. Come in front of the season to upgrade the room with a very cute value.
