All facilities are okay, the bathroom has no bidet.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. Overall, it's a comfortable stay for a few days. It's conveniently located right across the street from the MRT, 7-Eleven, Food Court (Food Dynasty), and bike rentals. If you're into shopping, you can easily reach Bugis Street. The main attractions are easily accessible by taking a Grab or MRT, and it's not too far. There are many Instagrammable spots within walking distance around the hotel. The hotel service is quite comfortable, though a little confusing at times, but overall, it's okay. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, at first glance, standard for hotels in general. However, we had a rather surprising experience in our room. We found a cockroach crawling across the wall near the bed. Fortunately, the hotel staff were willing to change our room. The hotel facilities were also quite comfortable, with unlimited water refills to keep us hydrated. It's a shame the room didn't have a bidet, but thankfully the bathroom in the pool area did. That's how I'll tell you. Thank you.

Since we were only staying one night, honestly, getting a comfortable rest was far from enough. The room's amenities were adequate, and thankfully, it was clean and comfortable. So, a one-day stay here was definitely worth it.

The location is great, but the hotel is super duper outdated and in need of a major renovation.

The location is very close to the MRT station. The room is clean and has complete toiletries. The room is very small, and the breakfast selection is very limited.

I understand that the room is super tiny for that price. But cleanliness is something that cannot be tolerated for a hotel. The wall, the bathroom, the closet, so many things are dirty, mouldy, and kind of disgusting.

There's no water jug in the room. You'll have to get a water dispenser from the second floor.

Cons: + Poor soundproofing; you can hear sneezing from the next room. + Very old bathroom, grout is completely blackened. + Damp and musty smell in the room. + Very noisy air conditioner, everything looks old and worn. Pros: + Convenient location near the city center and very close to the MRT (about 30m away), close to MBS and Gardens, two MRT stops to Chinatown, and a 700m walk to Fort Canning. + Early check-in, no waiting, receptionists are quick and efficient.

The room size is big for this price.

This hotel is strategically located, close to the MRT and bus stations. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is also quite good, but the towels are already worn out, some even torn, so they need to be replaced.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Bencoolen MRT station is conveniently located just 100 meters from the hotel. From Changi Airport, take the MRT and get off at Bencoolen MRT Station.

The receptionist was very friendly, responsive, and informative, even though my child checked in late at night because of a night flight, the check-in process was also very fast (FYI, I booked for my child, Aurora, who happened to be on a study tour from her school).
