I did not like the tv remote.....did not work well and there were no instructions regarding the air conditioning. For example, when patio door was open the air conditioning was turned off.

Everything about this resort is fantastic. The employees were all super nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location is perfect with beach access, but not too crowded. Classy for sure

Lovely hotel with friendly staff in a great location.

The hotel is lovely, the decor was contemporary and the grounds were well maintained. The half board option was super for us and the food was really good. The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. We had a happy stay at The Tivoli.

This property is on the south side of the island. Warmer there. Very upscale community. Great shopping. Beautiful beaches.

A lovely hotel that

We went the end of march and stayed in a premium sea view room for 7 nights. The hotel was spotless and beautiful. Food was amazing Pool areas were really nice Comfortable sun beds and lots of them. The staff were all so friendly and service was very good.The lady on concierge (sorry I can’t remember her name ) was really helpful. Lots of restaurant recommendations and she will book a table for you. It’s a 15 min walk to La Caleta which has lovely restaurants and about the same walk the other way to Adeje which we found rather busy ! We will definitely return

Hotel is beautifully decorated and furnished and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the Seen restaurant was delicious. However the hotel staff were not always aware of their own menus and things ordered on different days were not consistently made. The main buffet area was bland and uninspired.

Very disappointing. Beautiful building but shows wear and tear. Service in the restaurants is appalling, food likewise, very disappointing. Overall not worth the high price; for same price can stay in great hotel in Dubai with impeccable service.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. It has a bit of everything—athletic facilities (including Padel courts), spa (where we had a great couples massage and hydrotherapy session), two wonderful pools for lounging, and several restaurants. The breakfast buffet at Gusto was abundant, as was the dinner on the night we tried it. The hotel is close to the beach and an easy walk along the coastline to Costa Adeje, but we rarely wanted to leave! It’s family-friendly, but doesn’t cater to children at the expense of the adult experience. The perfect relaxing break!

Excellent room, service, food. Salt water pool. Convient location (close to the beach).

Check in was friendly and quick. Room was spacious and had everything you needed, including little extras such as water and biscuits.Bathroom was large with nice white fluffy towels. The pools were big and clean and plenty of sun beds. The whole area was well looked after and the gardens were perfectly manicured. All staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast choice was amazing, something for everyone and it was continuously being replenished. Definitely 5* keep it up and we will be staying again. Thank you.

Best hotel I have been to… all staff members always greeted with a smile, always friendly and happy to help.. if you want aesthetic pictures for your gram it has a lot of beautiful corners.. wide selection of buffet breakfast..has many restaurants inside the hotel itself with great options, great pool areas with a lot of beach beds.. overall excellent service❤️
