Rooms are large with lots of space. Bed wasn’t the best, I would say average didn’t wake up feeling refreshed. Breakfast is a hefty 24 euros each and the selection is limited. There are much better options outside for way less money. Staff were fantastic and super helpful. Hotel location is great next to metro, walkable to town centre. It’s an OK hotel but nothing fancy.

Location was perfect & within walking distance of markets, shopping & historic sites. Room was spacious but shower was very small & didn’t have a shelf for amenities. Staff was fantastic & always available for questions or help.

Location is the best,everything is around reachable by foot. Our room was very spacious, clean, bathroom big with everything needed. Staff friendly,polite,helpful. B/fast good with variety of everything fresh and enough. Liked my cappuccino very much. Only thing which we didn’t like were small beds. They were so tiny couldn’t relax properly during the night as had feeling I will fall if I turn.

Good location that was walkable to the centre and very close to the U Bahn. The hotel was very clean, comfotable, very friendly and very spacious. Can’t fault it. The breakfast choices were fresh and varied from cereals and fruit to pastries and cooked items. Our party had a wonderful few days.

Big rooms

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the hot sauna, since it rained while we were there. The room was perfect with a view of the park. Breakfast buffet was splendid and had lots of choices, like various meats, eggs, and cheeses, some oatmeals, yogurts, cold cereals, pastries, fresh fruits, fresh veggies, juices, coffee, and lots of attendants replenishing. Great location being close to everything we wanted to see and do.

Highlight Suites was just terrific. The staff was pleasant and helpful, the location in downtown Vienna made it easy to get to the many restaurants, museums and shops, all of which are easily walkable. The room/suite was beyond spacious! Nicely appointed with great bathroom amenities. My only slight disappointment was there was no iron/ironing board which after unpacking, would have been helpful. I didn't eat in the restaurant so, cannot review it. Overall, a really terrific hotel!

Black mould. Old beaten up. Uncomfortable beds. Phone not working. Shower not working. Tiny 20 inch screens used as TVs. No lock on bedroom and bathroom doors. Parking not on site as promised. Extremely difficult and time consuming to go to another hotel across the road to park. Had to walk three times back-and-forth to figure out where the parking was and how to access it. Very frustrating.

Serene, calm and beautiful hotel, conveniently located within a 5 to 10-minute walk to the heart of Vienna. The light-filled room was large, immaculate and so nice with its tall ceilings and blackout curtains. The breakfast is one of the nicest hotel breakfasts I’ve seen with its many fresh options. We look forward to it every morning. The hotel also has a new small gym downstairs with a nice sauna.

Great quality rooms and staff are very helpful. No noise and easy to get right to the centre if inner Stadt. Good spar around the corner for provisions.

The property was clean, walking distance from the main train station of Prague. Fast check in and out. Location was quiet away from the crowds but close to the attractions

Nice large suite that was clean and stocked nicely. Location was right across the street from a beautiful park that we walked through everyday to get to the centre of Vienna. The distance is approx 1.3km to Hofburg and equal distance to the beautiful Belvedere Museum in the opposite direction. Hotel is centrally located if you enjoy walking. We did not have a rental car until we left Vienna and it worked perfectly. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. We even used the laundry service, which was very helpful.
