Clean, friendly service, and the hotel restaurant had an excellent breakfast.

Wanted a room with twin beds and dragged the suites all the way to see only 1 bed. We were not advised to book via web like we did

This hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. Perfect for 1 night before a flight home. We used the gym which was excellent. There is a gas station and fast food options within a quick walk. Breakfast was included and was great. The parking was also free which was nice

Great comfortable hotel, large room with and excellent breakfast with huge selection included. We were able to use a washing machine on site, there is a gym & sauna, squash court. Very close walk to a shopping centre and close to the airport. Taxi or bus to the main Bergen area

Overnight stay while on route to cruise from Bergen. Room comfortable. Feather duvet and pillows. Breakfast excellent. Wide choice of buffet and cooked foods. All staff polite and courteous. Close to airport.

Close to the airport! Great breakfast! However just noisy early in the morning as our room was next to a conference/ meeting room.

Nous avons apprécié plusieurs hôtels de cette chaîne lors de notre voyage en Norvège, celui-ci nous a semble un cran en dessous mais il convient parfaitement pour une étape à proximité de l'aéroport. Le parking gratuit devant l'établissement est bien pratique. La chambre confortable est correctement équipée avec bureau, prises en nombre suffisant, frigidaire, planche à repasser et plateau d'accueil. Programme TV minimum. Le restaurant propose un buffet le soir à prix correct mais avec un choix assez limité, le petit-déjeuner nous a semblé également moins diversifié mais très correct.

When I booked this hotel, the website said they had an airport shuttle. That is the specific reason I booked this hotel. When we arrived at the airport, we didn't see a shuttle from this hotel, so we took a five-minute taxi ride to the hotel that cost us $28.00. When we asked about the shuttle when we checked in, we were told that they don't have a shuttle, but they could call a taxi for us when we needed to head back to the airport, and it would be there in five to ten minutes. When we checked out, they had to contact the taxi service three times before a taxi came to pick us up. The taxi driver that finally showed up to take us complained that he didn't like the short trip because he didn't make enough money to do it. The same five-minute trip to the airport cost us $19.00 that time and they were both weekday trips at about the same time of day. It is very frustrating when an amenity is listed on a travel website and then it doesn't really exist. We could have booked another hotel that was actually within walking distance of the airport, if we had known that this hotel didn't have a shuttle. The breakfast buffet was good and was included.

Stayed here only 8 hrs as we had a very early flight. The guy at the desk was very impatient with me trying to figure out the room number he wrote. His 1s looked like 7s so I went to the wrong room and when I pointed out that his 1s looked like 7s he was very short and rude. The room was too warm with no way to regulate the temperature. They regulate the whole hotel from one thermostat. That made our short night a bit miserable.

Booked this airport hotel without realising its quite a distance from the heliport. I did walk it, but it took over 30 minutes. There is a tram stop nearby with only two stops to the airport and only a few Krone. Worth pointing out the pay machines don't give out tickets. An inspector will know the card that has been used to pay. Straight forward and speedy check in. Room was spacious and comfortable with a good sized bed. A very large bathroom which appeared to allow wheelchair access if required. Breakfast was superb. Loads of choice with some excellent hot and cold options. A good option as an airport hotel, but too far from the airport if walking with heavy bags.
