Parking is a racket, nearly $40 a night. The shower in my room broke.

Je m’attendais à plus pour le prix. Les chambre ont l’air belle à première vu mai n’a pas été entretenu. Porte d’armoire qui tombe quand on l’ouvre. Porte de salle de bain qui ferme mal. Douche qui coule dans tout les sens. Latte du plancher qui lève, donc on s’accroche les pied dedans. Éclaboussure louche sur une porte… Rénovation dans la chambre voisine à 7h le matin… petit déjeuner brunch à 35$…

Courteous staff, professional care, spotless room and fashionable design.

Customer service was quick and easy, and overall the process was smooth. However, there were no slippers in the room, and when I requested them, I was told they were out of stock. Additionally, there was no bottled water provided in the room. When I asked for hot water, they provided a boiler, but I still had to use tap water from the bathroom sink. For a hotel of this size, I would expect at least one complimentary bottle of water in the room, rather than having to rely on tap water.
