All was good!

Everything was great, only the valet service was a Little slow

Hotel 10 is walking distance to many amenities It was 10 min walk to McGill. Felt secure. The rooms were spacious and clean. Will definitely be staying here again.

I really loved it! This hotel is small but really well run. I liked how modern the interior was and how nice the staff was. The room was nice and spacious, the bed was nice and combed was so nice and comfortable. The only "complaint" i have is that they don't keep water bottle stocked in the hotel room. I asked concierge and they said that hey do have the option for you to buy it from them or to go to the gas station across the street to get it. Its a minor inconvenience which is why I didnt give them a 5 star

Front desk staffs were nice and speaks English fluently. The room was kept clean everyday by the cleaners. We were happy for easy parking--had a free valet parking. The place is close to restaurants and very convenient to walk around downtown. We enjoyed our stay specially the complimentary coffee-- nespresso every morning in the room. The only down side is, only one elevator is functioning during our stay. The main lobby is spacious with comfy seats. The hotel smells good too even the hallway.

Good stay, only issue was thr valet being full despite a collective 5 rooms in our group which is ridiculous

Fantastic location. Friendly staff. Unfortunate noise from city work outside and we had no water for 1/2 day, but they gave us notice and provided bottled water. A great base to explore the Plateau and Place des Artes area.

Comfortable room and bath, good quality materials. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. Its location was very convenient for wandering into the Quartier des Spectacles, Place des Arts, and near the UQAM.

Art deco concept was a nice change from a regular hotel. The bed was comfortable and the shiwer was great.

The rooms were very dusty and only clean on the bed, tables and desk and washroom very dusty even though it’s cleaned every day. It was disappointing to see even leaving my backpack and items on the table it was dusty and felt difty

Spacious room and clean hotel. Close to the main area - just the immediate area around the property is a bit depressing. But if you walk a few blocks you'll be in the central area of Montreal.
