Polite pleasant staff modern decor

We got a suite. Very roomy. Beds were very comfy. It was quiet. They delivered tasty continental breakfast to our door each morning. It was in the lower part of the city so had to walk up a big hill a couple of times each day. Something to think about if you have limited mobility. Otherwise, it’s a great little workout. When we go back to Quebec City, which is very beautiful and European-esque, we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, we walked 5 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes to town. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Beautifully appointed rooms with all the thoughtful extras including minibar and even breakfast served to your door! As well as crescents/pastries, and apples at the door for a quick bite when on the run for sight seeing in this beautiful old city! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Great property, excellent location, friendly staff, very clean and proper. The only criticism I would make is the parking. I do understand that they don’t have a parking area, but it would make them extremely desirable and preferable much more than now if they had make an agreement with the parking facility across the street, absorb the fee and offer complimentary parking to the guests. This would give them an amazing competitive advantage and drive the occupancy.

Beautiful hotel, staff really helpful. Lovely touches, breakfast bag delivered to your room. Fresh coffee in the reception area each morning with additional pastries, soft drink & fresh fruit available during the day. Close to the port and old town and short walk to the center

Jean-Pierre, the concierge, was very helpful from arranging early check-in to restaurant suggestions. Centrally located, easy walking around historic QBC and to the cruise port. Room was very nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very nice. The room was large and well-appointed with a very comfortable bed. The concierge was extremely friendly and helpful, highlighting walking routes to the old city and pointing out special areas of interest. Would definitely stay there again!

Clean room, good location Breakfast is disaster

I stayed at this property with my teen son. The hotel staff were extremy accommodating and welcoming. They provided ideas about where to eat, which tours to purchase and near by attractions. Since were traveling without a car it was imprtant to pick a hotel within a walking distance to Old Quebec city. This hotel has a perfect location just 10 minutes walking distance away from the old town. There are a few restaurants next to the hotel that are great dining options. In ters

Really nice property and helpful staff. Walkable to Old Town Quebec City. We happened to stay when they had a contractor working noisily on the exterior of the property, but we would return after the work’s done.
