The staff was fantastic and the rooms were very comfortable.

Great room,loved the breakfast in a bag delivered each am at 630,room had all the amenities you could need.A staff members ,very pleasant and informative. Room very sound proof and always quiet

Location, staff, and room were great. The major hiccup was all night very noisy road work in front of our street facing room. It started at 10 pm and ended at 8 am. We each slept about one hour. Asking the next morning for a half price discount we got the answer, “it’s out of our control”. They knew the work would happen and could have easily given us a non street room. But that didn’t happen. Hard to recommend this hotel to friends when the hotel staff could have made amends.

The staff was friendly & helpful. The location was great, walkable to many shops & historical sites and the continental breakfast was so much more than continental with fresh croissants & muffins. We’ll stay here again.

Air conditioning couldn't keep room cool. We had to keep the windows open to sleep comfortably. Street noise until 2am because of bar next door. Otherwise, lovely place to stay. Great location, comfortable beds, good complimentary breakfast delivered to room.

This is an update to my previous review. I failed to carefully read the arrival instructions. There is a way to drive up to the door on the sidewalk to drop off luggage before parking your vehicle across the street. Staff said they are willing to help with luggage as well. Our room was spectacular, we had a suite - a way better value than the Fairmont at the top of the hill. The breakfast to go was helpful but not spectacular - yogurt with granola, 2 pastries per person, and orange juice. We ate next door at LeGrande and it was amazing food. We didn't realize there was a door directly from the lobby to the restaurant. We'd stay there again!

Loved the breakfast!

Cute, smaller hotel, at the bottom of Quebec City- so prepare for a lot of hill walking to get to the top. We enjoyed the breakfast basket in the morning and the fun surprise of what was inside.

It was so nice to have breakfast in our room. The suite was lovely and the bedding was great. The beds were comfortable and everything was in good repair. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was super helpful. Great location. Loved the cute little Continental breakfast that was left at our room door.

The hotel was an easy wslk from the train station. The front desk was helpful providing recommendations and directions. The breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch--pastry, yogurt, and orange juice. Room had a nice coffee machine. The bathroom was well designed with helpful shelving for our toiletries. The bathroom products supplied were very nice. Good towels. Comfortable bed.

A very nice hotel in Quebec City, central to the waterfront and also Old Quebec.The hotel is old, European-style, so the hallways, elevator, and lobby were very small. It was a little difficult to get our luggage up the four stairs in the entrance to the lobby. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The colors are very dark, with black and red as accents, which I personally found depressing and not aesthetic. We stayed in a Signature Suite. It was a very odd-shaped, large room. The whole hotel was very dated, and not in an old-fashioned way, but as in current updates needed. The carpet was worn in places. This is just my opinion; others may not be bothered by that. The thing I didn't like was the musty smell in our room. I am highly sensitive to smells, and it was difficult for me to breathe, which caused my allergies to flare. The bed was extremely comfortable and the rain shower was amazing. Overall, a nice place but I marked it down a star for the musty smells.

Pluses: - very friendly and helpful staff. - spacious room - very nice breakfast brought to your room each morning. - Nespresso coffee machine in the room - high quality Occitaine toiletries. - nicely designed and decorated rooms - convenient location - easy parking. Minuses: - Quebec City is hilly. Hotel is at the bottom of the hill. Attractions are at the top of the hill. Plenty of hilly walking. - small lobby.

Very clean room, cozy setting, bed very comfortable, continental breakfast okay. Parking (for a fee) very convenient. All restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

Lovely clean and up to date room, helpful staff and good breakfast. Good location for station and old port. Easy uphill walk to old town.
