Loved staying here, walk to downtown Edmonds or the beach. Property is nice, a little dated but good breakfast and very friendly

The staff take great care of the guests and the property.

I paid for hot tubs and hot tub not in swrvice until the day AFTER my stay.

Very close to ferry. Expensive.

This is a great spot to stay and walk all around Edmonds.

WE booked it because it said it had pool and hot tub. got there it was closed..we were given a pass to locall health club we went there and no swimming avail. need to book in advance...no one said anything re that... it was a wasted nite

We only stayed 1 night for a local event and this hotel was perfect. The hotel was clean, easy free parking, quick check in and walking distance to some restaurants.

The staff was super friendly when i was checking in. My room was clean. Definitely some wear and tear in regards to the carpet and chairs, but that is to be expected. My room didn't have any weird odors and the a/c worked well. For 1 night sleep, the bed sufficed. I felt like I was going to roll off a few times.

I used to live in this area so I have know about it since 1999 when it was not owned by Best Western. It’s really a reasonable place to stay for Edmonds near the waterfront which is why I chose it. Everything was fine but the plumbing was very noisy in room 134. Pipes creaked loudly. The room has very thin walls and the party in the room above and next to us woke us up at 6 am with their walking around, doors slamming, etc. The beds were ok, ours was a suite with kitchenette but it didn’t have a freezer which was hard. Parking got tight in the evening. I’d stay here again. It is pet friendly which is nice. $30 per night pet fee.

Besides a little problem with the bedside lamps, it was great.

We loved walking down the pier.

Best breakfast. It is helpful to inform us of a shorter route to the car with the side door.

Walking distance to everything in Edmonds. Property needs to be updated.
