Nice stay

I choose this hotel whenever I come to visit. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Nice rooms, good breakfast. However, the billing isn't upfront seems unhonest. You debited my account full amount without informing me how much or you were even doing it in the first place. This happened 2xs in 1 visit!

Staff was very accommodating especially front desk clerk Rosie. Ms. Irene was also very hospitable. Breakfast was delicious and I love that fact there were options for non pork eaters like my family. The room was spacious and the location provided options for dining.

It was nice and comfortable

This hotel stay was just what we wanted. It was a clean comfortable room and a friendly staff. The bed was comfortable. After a long day of driving we both got a good night's sleep. We continued our road trip the next day after enjoying the included free breakfast and coffee.....just what we wanted

Had to ask for extra blankets twice, finally went down to get them. Cot was not available either, they seemed short staffed

Property hard to get to.

At arrival I requested to be on the third floor, it was granted, Alison I changed from a room with two beds, to a room with one bed, it was also made available for me, last at the front desk was very cordial, and friendly, that is a plus on my book, thank you.

We were very happy with this facility and it met all of our needs. Front desk was friendly and competant, eager to meet our requests and gave recommendations for places to eat. The room was clean and attractive. The breakfast was excellent all three mornings we were there with plenty of seeting space and fresh delicious food. Irene went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and remembered us day to day. She circulated the dining room chatting and always smiling. We would recommend your location to everyone.

We stayed on the top floor. However, if someone stumps on the floor next door or drops something, beds viabrate like there is an earthquake. Someone was

It's a great hotel to stay at. Convenient for shopping, restaurants, and casinos.

Fantastic sausage and biscuits and gravy. Great chilies. Facilities were nice enough. AC super cold.

Was in transit going home from the holidays. The entrance is not very intuitive and I missed the signs so I circled around a bit.
