What we like is they have a shuttle bus to downtown.

The room is comfortable, but not soundproof. In the morning around 9am, the housekeeping staff stood outside and spoke into the room. Although in the room, you can still hear the sounds outside. The breakfast buffet is also okay, although there are a few dishes. Friendly staff.

The staff is very nice, the room is quite spacious, the staff is very supportive, they upgraded the room for the elderly to have a standing bathtub.

The staff was very friendly and supportive, helping with early check-in and room reservations for the elderly. The hotel is very good. I will come back after 3 days at the beach.

Hotel room was really clean. Staff was able to converse in basic english and satisfy my requirements. Location wise is not the best, as it was pretty far off from main attractions. However it was near to the mini chinatown market. There was also a cafe right beside the hotel & a 7-11 just opposite.

Khách sạn có vị trí rất thuận tiện mua sắm, các tầng dưới khách sạn là Trung tâm TM an Đông, bên cạnh là chợ An Đông, và rất nhiều quán ăn ngon, giá cả hợp lý; nhân viên thân thiện; điểm tôi không thích nhất là Tivi ở khách sạn đời khá cũ, không kết nối được với internet, các kênh của VN cg rất hạn chế.

The car park has no access to the lobby. Going along the road of cars and motorbikes up and down is quite dangerous. Staying at the hotel is not supported with luggage as well as instructions to bring up to the room. You have to do it yourself, find your own way up.

Comfy & spacious. The toilet is very clean. Just that a bit too slippery. Their service is good and the staff are able to communicate in English.
