Great location with easy access to activities. Clean, great communication and great service. Only drawback was an issue with the hot water however, the team did compensate for this inconvenience. Highly recommend.

There was no soap in the rooms, no shampoo. The garage doors were not opening. There is no water bottle as well. I would prefer a place with a better service.

The rooms are spacious and clean, providing plenty of space to relax and converse. Being located at the top of the hill offers a lovely view.

Loved our stay

The room was nice enough, but the hotel is dated. The chairs and sofas in the open areas and library are very old, and scruffy looking which makes it look dirty, even though it is not. Also, having to cross the gym to get to the pool is not ideal... There is water on the gym floor from people walking in and out. Makes it difficult to work out.

This is my fourth time staying. We enjoyed our stay in a large two bedroom and two bathroom condo. The location is quiet and close to everything in the village. The pool area is lovely and peaceful with lots of seating. The hot tubs are large. We will be back soon!

The rooms were well appointed, clean, good pressure in the showers, nice bathtubs, the managers were aware of our religious requirements and offered help before we even asked. Will definitely be returning, perhaps for longer stays.
