Not enough Handicap parking spaces. Benches and in general the outside area of the hotel needs a lot of work. Not so nice!

The property should change its name cause none of it lives to the Hampton or Hilton standard. Staff was kind, thats the only pro. The rooms were dirty, wallpaper peeling, toilets and sinks slow to drain, water damage all over our ceiling, bathroom was dirty with hair in the shower and sink. Hotel itself had a funky smell and it doesn’t seem they care too much. Breakfast was meh at best. If you’re a contractor looking for sleep, this is it, if you’re vacationing with your family, keep looking.

Door in bathroom wouldn't stay shut. The door to the room sometimes wouldn't lock itself. Like the door would stay cracked. As if the door wasn't strong enough to close itself.

Coffee maker in the room did not work. Shower was extremely poor, furniture bedside table all nicked and dented.

Facility was clean and staff was great!

Everybody was very pleasant to me and very courteous. And I like that very much. The breakfast was delicious. My room was very clean. I wasn't crazy about the price, but everything was fine.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn Heath-Newark and highly recommend them if you are searching in the Newark/Heath area of Ohio. It was clean and the service was great. The employees there were friendly and helpful. There is a grocery (Kroger) within walking distance, and other shopping nearby. Good location, access to major thoroughfares (I-70).

The bed was comfortable. I haven't slept so soundly in a long time!

We always enjoy staying at Hampton Inn hotels. Very accessible.

Perfect get a way

We had a good sleep which is the most important. Air conditioner worked wonderfully. Bath showerhead was awful.

The property DID NOT have enough HANDCAP parking spaces. There were only 4 spaces.

The property is well located, and the staff are generally attentive and friendly. However, they ran out of specific breakfast items before service ended most days, the pool closed for maintenance during our stay, and although we asked for a quiet room, we ended up with a very noisy neighbour that needed to be moved. The room phone was also broken, so we had to head to the lobby when we needed help. The elevator is also very slow. The room is only changed over every other day. It had some maintenance issues. Tv sometimes didn't have a signal. Overall, it was an okay stay. Nothing fancy, but also nothing that bad.

The staff was very friendly and did a great job keeping the place clean. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Would stay here again.

The pool was very chlorinated. There was a kids hockey team (about middle school age) at the pool with no supervision who were being rowdy. My daughter complained to the front desk.

Clean, close, convenient

View was nothing but back of buildings but rooms were clean, beds were comfy, rooms were a little smaller than expected. Breakfast was ok but didnt like the eggs or potatoes
