Had a very bad experience got my truck damage and vandalized tail lamps were stolen bed cover damage. Reception person saw a car going around parking lot and never report it to Cops. Total damage is around $8000.00

The night manager was outstanding. She ensured my pickup and return to the airport were perfectly arranged, and even had a coffee and bagel ready for me at 4 a.m. before my trip back to the airport.

The check in was horrible. The lady said my card was declined so I gave her a new card and she said that was approved. When I went to call my bank they said the first card was approved and the second one was not even ran. My receipt after checking out was the first card she said declined. I also asked her for a shuttle schedule for my departure and she said “yea I’ll take care of it” well 5 am came and I went downstairs to get the shuttle and there was nothing scheduled and the next one won’t be available till after my flight departed.

Never heard of Spark but had an excellent rate and good reviews so booked it. Nice, responsive staff, good condition, quiet. nice room and large bathroom. However the breakfast was very disappointing as nothing hot, just 1 or 2 types of cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, muffins and bagels. Room service every other day which was fine but a surprise. Pool towels were tiny and rough. Knowing this, and that are cost saving measures, as long as they are lower priced than comparable competitors, would return, but would go out for breakfast.

Clean rooms and professional staff

Close to the airport with Airport Shuttle. Some places to eat nearby and considering it was not expensive, would have loved to stay here versus the hotel I stayed at during my trip, but I was by Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Loved the welcome on the Tv, my only gripe though was no even warm water in the shower

Staff was cool, the housekeeping didn’t keep up with rotating clean towels and cleaning the room.

The stay there was both affordable very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Great customer service, easy check in and very clean

The hotel was very clean and Average. Star was friendly. However, that complimentary breakfast was not a breakfast. Just bagels and yogurt. Also coffee was not very good at all. Really wish hotels wouldn’t advertise “complementary breakfast” when it’s not.

Everything was great. It is the only hotel that charges for parking. Pet friendly.

I like its clean com and close to my family home

Clean room and safe quiet area.

This property was exactly what I needed. Something reasonably priced and close to the airport. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. They did have a pool and breakfast was provided, but my flight was an early one so I wasn’t able to see what they had.

Quick and clean! And importantly comfortable!
