Lovely welcome. Parking safe but a bit tight for our Peugeot 3008, try to reverse into bay, easier to get out. Room clean and nice hot shower, kettle in there but a bit sparce with the selection of tea and coffee. Breakfast was a fair selection, they also had a dinner menu which was not expensive. Lastly, 5 to 10 minutes from old town and across the road a promenade along the river with quite a few places to eat.

Great front desk staff. Nice breakfast and bar area. Rooms are clean and decent size for France. Parking is real tight to get into if your vehicle is medium-large.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were excellent- all very friendly and helpful. We can not comment on the breakfast as we decided to walk into the old town instead which was only an easy 10 minute walk away - and very lovely when you get there. It was great to have onsite parking but it was a bit of a faff as it is fairly tight spaces and you need to use codes to get in and out - but still good to have . The only reason we didn’t mark it excellent was because the on site facilities such as the bar were a bit basic. Overall great value for money.

A lovely hotel with private parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Within walking distance from the city. We enjoyed our stay here.

The bed was comfy and the room was a nice size.

Modern hotel, good location, but bathroom needs a little renovation. Very reasonable rate for underground parking.

Very helpful and friendly staff, comfortable and well appointed bedroom, if a little noisy with passing traffic. Appreciated the security of garage space.

Good service. And well prepared breakfast.

Decent breakfast, good walking distance to sights. Dinner was good. Parking garage was a bit nerve-wracking to get into but nice to have a spot. Staff were pleasant.

un accueil comme nous avons jamais eu dans un hôtel, vraiment vous avez une équipe en OR, très chaleureux et à l’aise avec ses clients, vraiment merci, et passez de bonnes fêtes de fins d’année !

The room is clean and tidy.

L’équipe est à l’écoute et très amiable. En revanche le système de chauffage est bruyant et peu efficace. La fenêtre qui ferme mal n’aide pas. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de chauffage dans la salle de bains.

Staff very helpful, kind, knowledgable. Parking available = extremely helpful. In easy walking distance to center of Rouen. Cute inner court yard. Very good breakfast. Best if your room is not facing the busy street but windows keep the noise out. All in all very happy!
