The hotel was comfortable, but the door to the room opens to the outside, like a motel. The breakfast was nice, but the staff had a hard time keeping up with ensuring everything was filled up. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

Breakfast was lovely and the staff were helpful. The room was okay, the bathroom wasn't the cleanest and there were signs requesting that you not shower with too hot of water "since it could set off the smoke alarm". There were no hand towels provided and no room cleaning, the sign in the room stated this was to reduce water usage which makes sense for new towels/ linens but not for a basic room clean/bed make-up. Outside of the building was littered with trash, front and back of building. It made it feel more run down than it is. Overall, it was okay. I doubt I'd stay there again.

Reception refused me to check-in although I have pre-paid incl breakfast. Rude, helpless guy at reception, first let me wait 10 mins as he was CHATTING to another guest without any eye contact or saying anything to me. Then he wanted a EUR 300 security deposit to my card, it did not work after searching 2 mins for the card machine. I gave him 300 in cash, he said "not acceptable". Then he tried another 5 mins to refund it via the non working card. My card worked before and after every time. I had to look for another hotel. My prepayment was not refunded as promised. I contacted Expedia, there is still no refund.

The room was very small, but it was clean

The buffet volonte was good but no hot meal offered for vegetarians which is always disappointing Reception average, could smile a bit more Gouvernante excellent, very helpful This hotel is not in the centre of Nimes, I consider the Nimes Centre description to be very misleading

Room was clean, staff members were helpful, and room was comfortable with a comfortable bed. Location was not quite central and for some reason the key card didn’t work on three separate occasions requiring a return to desk to get a new key.

Very good room. Clean and quiet and great location. Love the free parking.

Personnel serviable et à l'écoute.

à mon arrivée j'avais une chambre en rez de chaussée derrière des grilles (sécurité oblige ) et de la végétation donc sombre même avec 38° dehors, lumière obligatoire , je me serais crue dans un zoo . Porte coupe feu ouverte , comme on m'a dit "quelqu'un a dû oublier de la refermer) j'ai demandé à changer de chambre pour les 3 autres nuits ce qui a été fait . Chambre sans frigo mais avec clim , il faut savoir se contenter de l'un ou l'autre....

La chambre propre, mais petite, pas de réfrigérateur. Le parking extérieur très bien. Le petit-déjeuner correct.

Personnel très accueillant. Buffet dîner et petit-déjeuner variés et très bons.

L hôtel est très correct, le personnel courtois. Toutefois, il est regrettable que la climatisation des chambres soit insuffisante,elle peine des qu il fait plus de 30 degrés dehors
