Staff was lovely and in a cute area right beside a metro line. Cafe, bakery, grocery, laundromat and kebab nearby. Bed and shower were nice!

The receptionist was very friendly, polite and greets in a courteous manner. The hotel is fairly close to everything and good pricing.

This is a basic accomodation, small but clean. The only real issue came on the second night when there was a heavy rain. The rain was getting into the building and shorting out the electrical panel repeatedly. Power was restored to everything except the air conditioning. We tried to sleep with the window open, but people on the street yelling and motorcycles, combined with humid conditions, resulted in a less than restful night. The electrical issue is highly concerning.

Stayed for one night. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Very comfortable room with a double bed, clean sheets and the mattress on the firm side, which is my favourite. The AC was working and that was v a relief for the 32 degrees outside. Nice, practical bathroom. It didn’t have a mini fridge but that may be standard in European hotels. Fantastic area as for commuting. Bus 59 that will take you to RER B station in a few minutes. Another metro in 50 meters. Stores and cafes right around the corner. Strongly recommended hotel.

Very old dated hotel. Typical size for Paris, small. Very close to the train station, and area is very walkable. Good place to stay on a budget

A perfect quiet spot and so close and convenient!

Proximity to the metro and cafe and restaurants. It's a bit awsy from all the tourist attractions but easy to take metro or walk. Rooms are fairly small, but we just needed to sleep.

Very clean, staff very kind, lent us extras like an iron and board and an umbrella. Subway across the street, and lots of food options. AC worked great. Little document safe in the room, shampoo and shower gel, hair dryer. Very happy with the Superior rooms for our work trip. Elevator is up a few steps, so not really accessible.

Great location. Right across from the metro and bus. Dining options nearby. Close enough proximity to sights. I would definitely come back.

The room was very small (just enough room for the bed). The hotel is very close to Metro station and accessible. Friendly staff. We felt very safe to stay.

Fantastic location near Montparnasse train station. Metro station ‘Pernety’ on line 13 is 20meters away across the street and runs direct to many great destinations. Area has excellent shops, food markets, bakeries, cafes and restaurants. Would absolutely stay in area again to escape busier locations in heart of city.

The hotel is very well located, with many restaurants, supermarkets or bakeries around. It is also at 1min walk from a metro station. The front desk man who checked us in was beyond amazing, and overall, all the staff were kind and very helpful. The underground parking is at 2-3min walk from the hotel and very safe and secure. I highly recommend this hotel even if it is true that you can hear a little the metro until 1am, but it did not bother us as it was around the same time that we would go to sleep.

The photos online does not match the actual room. The rooms are very outdated and dingy.
