Very clean and convenient if you’d like to shop at multiplaza mall. The included breakfast was ok. Nothing to shout about but tasted great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t choose this hotel for a luxury experience but if you want somewhere nice and functional this is great! I also felt very safe here as a solo female traveler!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right next to the mall, which made shopping and getting around super convenient. The staff was outstanding, friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, though it wasn’t exactly to my personal taste. Overall, it’s a great hotel, and I’d happily recommend it given its unbeatable location and excellent service

The hotel needs to be updated a bit. The location is great because of the mall. Didn’t use the facilities. I was overcharged for my stay. $90 more than the day before and the after and it was a Wednesday, not sure what was happening but that shouldn’t be :/.

Great general location for everything. Especially being right next to the Mall with the movie theater and food court with in a five minute walk from your door step

Room cleaning service arrived the 1st day after 4 pm to clean the room. I notified the cleaning lady to please clean room by no later then 3pm. Night time the toilet was clogged and I notified the front desk @ 7 am to please clean the room a fix the the toilet before I get back to the room. I got back after meetings at 5:20 pm and the room still not cleaned and toilet clogged and not fixed. I had to go downstairs to the lobby and use the restroom. Again I notified the staff in the lobby and they did nothing to help or assist . Never apologized or called the Manager. This is the worst experience I have ever had in Marriot. The refrigerator not cleaned … at all I can see orange juice was spilled . The cleaning ladies were constantly on the phone chatting with friends and not taking care of customers Horrible room service and lobby staff as well. Never called the manager or apologize

Yesterday the cleaning staff showed up @ 4pm to clean the room unacceptable. I told them to leave I had meeting in Colon since early in the morning and it was too late. I told them please come before 2pm. Also this morning I went to lobby from desk and told please have the room ready by 3pm . And as well the toilet was clogged and bathroom had to be clean . Today I get to the room @ 5pm and still the room has not been cleaned and toilet not fixed . I had to go to the bathroom downstairs in the lobby. I also informed of the horrible service I am rewards member I definitely do not deserve this kind of Service

Hotel room needs updated mobile charging ports by the bedside and TV as they only have power outlets and if you dont have an adapter you wont be able to charge your devices
