This property has been neglected. It is run down and carpet in room was filthy. Would not recommend.

In general okay, but hotel really needs a makeover. Staff and surroundings do however compensate for the negatives.

The hotel is immaculate but very tired. Struggled to open the bed settee. Hotel.com say tax per person is 0.65 per adult and parking free. We were charge €10 parking and an additional €9 euros on leaving. Parking safe and gated.

Mke sure you check before that the room has a balcony if you like that. The info before was a bit confusing. Also they have a bit coplicated wat to reach the pool. Otherwise ok.

The hotel is well situated a couple of minutes from the centre. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel was quiet due to the time of year but our room was comfortable and well equipped including kettle and minibar. Breakfast €20 each was good. Would return and recommend. Only slight item I prefer plumper pillows! We stayed only one night as we were only visiting Sanary to see the ballet.

Considering everything.,.the size of the room, the quality of the facilities and the breakfast spread the stay at this hotel was overpriced. After adding the cost of the breakfast and parking our cost per night was 200 euros. I believe the correct price should have been 125 euros. We will be visiting the Sanary-sur-Mer/Bandol area again but we will not consider staying at this hotel again unless the prices become more reasonable.

The staff is amazing! The receptionists are exceptional - friendly, helpful and most accimmodating. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We skipped the inviting breakfast buffet in favor of enjoying the local cuisine - fresh fish and vegetables! This was our second stay in Sanary-sur-Mer at Best Western Soleil et Jardin, and we will return!

A great hotel for a quick business trip. The staff were more than helpful and even bumped up our accommodation to a huge room with balcony! The hotel overall was perfect for what you need on a business trip...free wi-fi, comfy bed and a simple but pleasant breakfast.

There was a super smiley, super helpful receptionist, who even as we were leaving, printed out some directions for us. Lovely rooms with an interconnecting large terrace we were not expecting. While we applaud aiming for less waste, the design and placement of the all purpose cleansing gel does not work: difficult to reach from hand basin. But all in all a very good stay, less than 10 minutes from Sanary port.

Very nice small, quiet hôtel, only 7 min away from the port by walk, with a pleasant open dinner room + bar. It's worth the price !

Good. Had a single room which was spacious for one and had a double bed and a large balcony to sit out on. Basic supplies in room (1 tea bag and coffee sachet, no milk)- not renewed every day. Great Pool. Unfortunately saw a rat whilst eating breakfast and owners response was where is the cat!

really enjoyed our stay. 15 minutes walk to beach and restaurants and a lovely daily market. Good breakfast although a little expensive at 15 euros. Pool area was very good with a heated pool but you have to put up with the noisy motorbikes going by outside. South of France!!

Exceptionally easy check in, got upgrade. Room was large, airy and air-conditioned. Large, comfortable bed. Very clean. No kettle, coffee or tea! Bathroom was fine (shower a little pathetic but tolerable)! Excellent location. Breakfast expensive so ate in one of the numerous cafes on the port front in town. Very pretty, relaxed town. Large beach - was very windy when we visited! Swimming pool was fine but very shallow so makes swimming difficult!

The owner was very welcoming. The hotel is undergoing improvements but it did not impact on the stay. The room was clean and serviced daily, and the bathroom was well stocked if you had forgotten anything. The bed was large enough and the air conditioning was working well. The breakfast was a joy and a large enough buffet to keep you going. The staff were all very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The outside pool has only recently been commissioned and was very clean and tidy, the poolside furniture is all new and of good quality. It is a five minute walk into the town's harbour and typical French cafés and restaurants. The reception was open 24 hours if you needed anything. We would have no hesitation in staying here again.
