Clean and spacious room. Breakfast inlcuded. Only thing they can improve on is to replace the AC. It was very VERY noisy

The only problems we had was in regard to when I asked for a conjoined room they said we were given it but in fact we weren’t it was just rooms beside one another. The breakfast was definitely not what it was said to be no fruit, no eggs, pastries hardly anything at all very dissatisfied with the breakfast.

The site was clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The only issue I had was the AC was not cooling the room enough.

Heating system was in overdrive. My room was 77 F which kept me up all nite. The drain in the tub gurgled when the toilet was flushed and had a sewer smell.

Clean and comfortable.

Room was hot, bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were terrible.

Fireplace in room not working. Was told they’d get back to me in 10 minutes and didn’t hear from them for an hour while waiting in the room. Had to go downstairs to lobby and they were unable to resolve the issue or offer any solution. So far so disappointing!!!

We were happy with our stay. Gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to find us a luggage trolly when we were checking out in the morning, it was greatly appreciated

I loved everything about our stay but the mattress they had were terribly soft and I couldn’t sleep well.

Staff very welcoming to myself and pet. Convenient and safe. The room itself was very nice, but the floor was very dirty and sticky with something that had spilled. The hot breakfast was very nice.

You get what you pay for. The room we got had an adjoining room door. We could hear every noise coming from that room starting at 6am. Dishes clanking etc. Small room. No where to lay out suitcase.

Overall, everything during my stay was generally fine. However, the building is quite old, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room, particularly in the bathroom. This issue bothered us a lot throughout the stay and made the experience less comfortable. I have stayed in other hotels with better conditions for a similar price, so I believe this stay felt a bit overpriced for what was offered.
