One of my favorite Hotel from now on.

Great Breakfast, beautiful setting! So quiet and great bike storage

Great staff and lovely breakfast and we had a great evening meal there too. Happy to accommodate our dog at meal times too.

Incosistent communication about extra tax and charges from different staff. Was pressured to pay additional charges upon leaving higher than previously communicated and seemed off, left with a bad taste

The restaurant was pleasant and food was delicious. The setting was very nice as well. Wine was incredible!

A very nice modern hotel with good facilities. Web site didn't say that parking had to be paid for, only that parking was available. Overall the service was good, although the breakfast food was slow to be replenished and often ran out of certain items long before the end of breakfast service.

cannot highly enough recommend this wonderful place, great situated near a park and the great surrounding of Trier. Everything about this hotels is faultless including friendly service, a warm welcoming feeling and superb rooms. Fantastic balcony overviewing the big threes in the park, safe parking and super restaurant and breakfast buffet.

Reception closed after 10 pm - no internet access - room relatively old...

What i enjoyed was the look of the hotel. The restaurant and staff there was great. What I didnt like was from time to time you could smell the sewer drain in oir room.

took a short vacation on way back from seeing wifes family in Trier, hotel was welcoming set just outside the city ( bus runs regularly) to and fro. Saw all the sites and enjoyed flamkuchen and wine in Weinsinnig stube. Will definetly go back again. Hotel had an excellent 2 tyoes of sauna & steam room we tried out.

I studied for several years in Trier and thought to stay one day at this hotel. now being back after many years I did and was not disappointed. The stuff is friendly and service is good. Not sure if they have an international 4 star ranking by certificate, guess they are somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. I am luxury hotel design professional and think Nells is doing a good job. I was happy with my stay overall. The room information leaflet was a bit hidden, could be improved to be easy to find. Fresh fruits on the room would be nice and gives the chance to place a knife in the room. No complementary water, no coffee, no water heater, things to improve.

The staff at Nells Park understand and practice hospitality well! The service during our stay was fantastic. Rooms and all amenities excellent. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast here - both were outstanding. If this hotel was closer to the beaten track, I would rate it 11/10. Highly recommend it!

The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful they made our stay so much better. The spa is also nice and a good option after a log day of biking around town. The food in the restaurant is ok, they could do better than that. The neighborhood around the hotel is a bit weird perhaps more boring than weird, not much to do around, but if you're planning on going around the city by bike and to the wineries near by (that was exactly what we did) then it's a very good location.

Suprisingly fabulous !

Hotel situated on the edge of a park. Half hour walk to city centre, bus option, lovely town, many historical sites to visit and great shopping. River trips on the Mosul well worth it. Staff very helpful indeed, excellent restaurant.

A very comfortable hotel in a good location-with parking (5euros a night). This was only an overnight stop so we didn't go into the town as we had visited it previously but I think it's close to the centre. We had an excellent evening meal and a good breakfast. There is a nice bar and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel basicly situated in park. About 25 minutes from city center.
