So great - lovely service, pool, breakfast and room - we went for a honeymoon so could’ve been a bit more of a “fuss” made but otherwise no complaints for a regular stay.

The food was excellent. And the decor well-honed. We especially loved the cold-plunge and steam room.

Gorgeous surroundings , views and pool. Peaceful. Concierge Celia was fabulous. The breakfast was wonderful as was dinner in the Bistro overlooking the gorgeous grounds. It’s very isolated, however. You need a car. Extremely difficult to get a taxi back from Pollenca and we weren’t warned. The only other retraction was the cement floors. I understand the understated aesthetic of the former monastery, but they were hard, cold and slippery. You got lovely singers as a gift, a beach bag to borrow, champagne in your room upon arrival and lovely chocolates at night. We loved it.

Very well renovated property in the middle of the vineyard. Excellent service and delicious food.

Nice hotel and staff were very good - especially on reception. Rooms were nice, but we did have an issue with air con on two nights. Food was OK. Not bad, but not great. We expected more from a remote hotel so we ended up going out in evenings. If you want to be in the area its a good hotel but not as nice as some of the others in Majorca at that price level.

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff, who cannot do enough for you. Scenery, accommodation and facilities are first class. Food and drinks are perfect. Didn't want to leave.

Nice chilled out atmosphere with laid back but attentive staff. Quiet location maybe 20 minute walk to pollenca. Only 30 guests. Original features fabulous but looks like it was last renovated in the early 2000s and starting to feel a little in need of investment. Food ok but again is hanging on its reputation than current format. Trying too hard to be modern when should rely on simplicity and the fabulous local fresh produce

The waiters are what really makes this hotel special. Don't get me wrong, the rooms are well equipped, comfortable and very clean with lots of those lovely little extra touches. Its just that the waiters make you feel special. They are warm and as friendly as you encourage them to be.

Everything you could ask for, amazing building, stylish decor, excellent food

Nothing was too much trouble. The service was warm but not intrusive. Our spa bath broke mid-stay and we were immediately moved to another (even better) room.

Beautiful building, pool and grounds, fantastic food and excellent, friendly service. Perfect place for a few days of R&R. We will be back!
