No option but breakfast bufete and there was nothing that I liked. I would like to have the option to select bufete or a la carte.

Excelente estancia, relajante y muy padre el servicio en alberca climatizada

Todos los del personal fueron muy amables, desafortunadamente fuimos 4 días entre semana y durante toda nuestra estancia no había servicio de bar en la alberca y los horarios del restaurante terminaban a las 5:30pm, entonces no pudimos cenar en el hotel ni disfrutar al 100 la alberca.

El colchón de la cama estaba un poco duro.

Lo mejor de nuestra estancia fue la alberca, templada a toda hora lo que permitió disfrutarla más tiempo. Las instalaciones súper limpias y el personal muy amable en todo momento. Si acaso las camas un poco incomodas pero en general bien la habitación. Sus jardines son hermosos y la ubicación del hotel es perfecta, no se percibe ruido del exterior.

Excelente lugar con precios muy accesibles lo cual hace que sea un viaje muy agradable

Our only complaint of any relevance is the Sunday buffet, which does not have the quality and freshness of the a la carte menu; it costs twice as much, you have to pay in advance, it has no variety and there is poor temperature management. It lacks flavor and variety, it is overcooked or worse, it is not restocked; the service is average, it is simply not worth the price, and there are no alternatives if you don't want the buffet.

La atención, servicio y calidez de todos los empleados en General, fue excelente, siempre atentos a las necesidades de los huéspedes.

Es un Hotel muy bonito, el personal es muy amable, la alberca esta templada, el lugar es muy limpio

I went to Cuernavaca for an event. Someone recomended Aristos Hotel because it was near the event. The hotel is very beautiful but needs to have a renovation. The spaces, the service is excelent but the rooms are very old. Anyway we enjoyed our stay and the personel was very friendly.

La propiedad es muy bonita, las áreas abiertas y jardines son muy agradables, el staff es muy amable y servicial, lo único es que ya requiere mantenimiento, sobre todo los colchones en las habitaciones, pero fuera de eso el hotel es muy bonito. La comida no es muy buena, creemos que el hotel tiene mucho potencial si se da mantenimiento y se cuida la calidad y sazón de los alimentos

Estuvimos muy contentas, son varias las ocasiones que nos hemos hospedado en el hotel porque es muy comodo, seguro, limpio y la piscina es grande y templada.

Fue un excelente fin de semana, en familia en un lugar muy agusto con el clima sensacional, amabilidad, atención y comodidad y si vamos a regresar
