Best few nights sleep in ages. Beds were so comfortable and the blackout curtains were so good. Room was spotless and roomy. Lovely soft towels which were changed daily if you wanted. Staff were friendly from check in to check out.

Hotel very busy. room smelled of sewerage, moved room, same smell, probably the drainage. Uncomfortable bed and very much a lack of shower gel and shampoo, after the night before re complaint to change room (which was deal with OK) and smell and need to change, lost heart to complain again - unless there are no there hotels with availability around in the same area - I would avoid

Staff on reception were very professional and helpful. Only reason not 5 star was the lift was faulty and meant people had to walk up to the first floor to use the lift. I used to come here a lot in the 2010's and it hasn't really changed since then (that can be a good and bad thing I suppose). Rooms are large and airy, walls and floors are thick unlike P Inns/T Lodges so not disturbed by noisy neighbours. Bed and pillows was comfortable and AC/Heating worked well.

Usual problem in hotels, early morning you can hear cleaning staff shouting to each other, banging doors, just noisy and not considerate.

Room was clean and spacious. TV was a nightmare to operate, so reported to reception whi said that they would send someone to check it out. No-one came!

Enjoyable stay, nice clean and well run hotel. Only two things, no bath rove as stated and could do with a steam iron !!! Otherwise all good.
