I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights with my daughter. Aside from the smooth late check-in past midnight, our experience was extremely disappointing, and the property fell far short of acceptable hospitality standards.
The hotel is severely outdated, both in style and in the condition of its furnishings. The carpet in our room was worn and noticeably unclean. In the bathroom, basic toiletries were almost non-existent only soap was provided, with no toothbrush or mini toothpaste available. Worse still, there was a persistent smell of urine in the bathroom, raising serious concerns regarding hygiene and thorough cleaning protocols.
The in-room amenities were equally frustrating. Despite having a kettle with tea and coffee facilities, basic necessities like bath towels were missing. The room only had two face towels, accompanied by a note instructing guests to call reception for bath towels or robes. However, reception never answered any of our calls.
The cleanliness issues extend beyond the guest rooms. The seating in the main reception area was heavily stained and visibly dirty.
The only reason we completed our two-night stay was that the booking was non-refundable and paid for in advance; otherwise, we would have left immediately. Given the poor state of maintenance, lack of responsiveness, and unhygienic conditions, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise travelers to look elsewhere.
