Service was excellent across all types of staff (doormen, bellhops, pool people, etc.). The facilities were also of a very high standard. Service degraded whenever there were many people (e.g., front desk, breakfast), but when not very busy, everyone was very welcoming, friendly, and polite.

Great hotel. Great service. Love it so much.
