Room was dirty smelled like cat where there, animal hair everywhere, when we got to the room door was wide open notify the receptionist she checked it and when finally we settled in, I had to check out immediately due to allergy reaction since I'm allergic to cats. Management said they give me a refund since they didn't have any rooms, but here i am 6 days later and no refund.

I had a bad experience. I arrived and when I got in my room there was mold on the wall and one of the light outlets when I asked to get another room, they wanted to charge me again, since they didn't have any 2 Queen rooms they wanted to charge me for two separate rooms.

First room they gave me smelled strongly of mildew so I asked for another room and the next one was okay, but not on top floor as I had wanted. They don’t do room service daily, you have to request it. Room was okay, a/c was very cold. Room was large and fairly comfortable.

Unexpected 20 dollar charge on check in. The charge was refunded on check out. The room was humid but the town had rain and a lot of humidity. The sofa felt slightly damp during the two nights we stayed. The breakfast bar was fair as expected, it was clean and the attendant was very nice. The reason I rated poorly was due to a damaged room issue. We stayed in a handicap room, my husband can only walk with bilateral arm crutches. The drain was located about one foot in front of the sink and it was broken and sunk down about 1.5 maybe 2 inches. My husband had to navigate carefully around it to keep from tripping and fat. I reported the problem at 4:05 pm to a female that was doing the check in, as well as showed her a picture. I informed her of my concern for falls, I asked for it to be covered in some way or repaired. Nothing was done. I re-reported the damage problem to a male on check out.

The jacuzzi was not clean. Filled it up and turned it on and it made the water green and brown stuff all over the sides. It was not fun. But they gave me a full refund.
