Fantastic breakfast and sea view

The Front office/ concierge could be better with polite and friendly words and approach.

Wouldn’t stay again. Front desk said no other rooms were available and assigned first floor despite the fact that half of the hotel was empty. Pillows are horrible. No proper blanket just a bedding sheet in lieu of blanket which is absurd. Not sure how is this a 4 star hotel.

It was a pleasant stay overall, especially in relation to its price. The Hotel is nice and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and lunch are great. The Hotel is situated near airport with good connections. It seems the hotel need some minor renovations.

Checked in a bit early 2:30pm and when i went to my Room, it was freaking hot! I told the housekeeping as she was cleaning room next door to look for my room and she also said my room was hot and she set the aircondition up. I went out to explore the neighborhood and came back after 2hours and it was still hot, complained to reception and they asked if i opened the sliding door i said i did not. They asked me to go back to the room and the engineer will come fix it, 20mins have passed no one came, called reception and finally after 30mins waiting engineer came but he cant help me. So i asked for a different room and they kinda disagree that room was warm. They give me cheaper room with better aircondition. Staff was rude. And i habe booked for ocean view, they gave me cheap and no view room. Highly disappointed!

Eggs were freshly made, the bakery is not so fresh and coffee is not good. If you are a coffee person don't try it! Get the English breakfast tea instead. Food and its ingredients should be labelled so people from all over the world can choose.

It's been a while that i have seen a place so neglected and mismanaged. Literally falling apart. The balcony rail broken and held together with pieces of duct tape. Charges for borrowing a kettle and for keeping luggage. Wake up, gentlemen, your business is sinking!

Exellent hotel for those looking a nice quiet stay in beautiful Mallorca, staff were lovely and helpful, can Pastilla is perfect for a relaxing time near the city, easy access to the airport and the city centre, had looked at hotels in s'Arenal but glad I didn't go there much more crowded, busy and noisey. Only poor part of the hotel was the indoor pool, gym and sauna/steam room area, sauna/steam room is literally only big enough for 2/3 people you could squeeze in five I suppose but would not be very comfortable or nice and they charge €12 to use either which is a bit over the top for what it is tbh, indoor pool is small and the tilimg is patchy and in need of some renovation but still usable. Overall a nice hotel, quiet, good food and a block from the beach, 2 mins walk, I would be happy to go back.

Only stayed the one night but was impressed with the hotel! Will definitley be returning in the future to stay for longer

Hotel had 3 type of standard rooms, no view, partial view and full view. I paid for full view and received a room in first floor with no view . When I complained hotel reception showed me the reservation sheet which had no place to indicate what kind of view. Paying more for view is scam. By the way they have safe box in room but you have to rent its key.

Beautiful view over sea.very clean.staff is very welcoming, polite and kind.Nice design. Great area around the pool.liked to have the breakfast outside.definitely will back again and recommend to friends

We had a Very pleasent stay. The breakfast was Nice, not too many people. Would love Cava everyday and not just sunday though. Busstop to Palma just outside. Supermarket and Beach 2 minutes away. The staff was Friendly but no more than that. But the staff on nightshieft seemed like he did not like his job both times that we met him. Would recomend this hotel anydag though.
