Overall great stay with a pleasant breakfast and good location. Cosy rooms are pretty silent. 2 things to mention - bed mattresses are at the level of cheap hostel - very hard and bouncy. And the room cleaning is subpar - under the bed you can run archeological exploration for layers of dust.

The room was fine, but no air conditioning.

The hotel needs a little upgrade but it is clean, comfortable and is excellently located. Staff are corteous, nice breakfast although some items cold (churros, tortilla, scrambled eggs)

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with spotless rooms and fresh linens. Its convenient location made it easy to get around, and the staff provided excellent, friendly service throughout my stay.

The hotel was good.Rooms and ok…not extremely big but ok. A great choice at breakfast time.I only suggest to buy a coffee machine that the client can do themselves the cappuccino.I had to ask every morning for one,and not every member of staff could do it.Pool was ok. Staff was very helpful.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Actually due to late change of plans it was 3 individual bookings. However staff member at check in was able to sort it that I could stay in same room all 3 nights, with very little time taken to sort it. Hotel was really good, about 20 minute walk from Santa Justa station. Decent enough area with a few bars & restaurants. Hotel was really clean & modern. Had breakfast and it was good quality food, though was pretty busy in the dining area. Would stay here in Seville again

Excellent stay . We had a problem with a payment on our credit card and Christina from customer relations went above and beyond to solve it . What a lovely lady and a great asset to the hotel !! We were worried about the distance to the sights in Seville but these were quickly eased on using the excellent tram service at 1.40 euros each . The journey only took a matter of minutes . We got the bus back to the airport for 6 euros each and again easy to access near the hotel . Would definitely stay here again .
