My family has experienced staying at Hadana Hoi An for the second time and is still very satisfied with this accommodation. There is almost nothing to complain about.

My family and I just had a wonderful 3-day, 2-night vacation at Hadana Hoi An Hotel, and I was really impressed with the quality of service and space here. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly and professionally welcomed. The reception staff were friendly, attentive and quickly assisted us during the check-in process. The check-in procedure was quick and easy, helping us not waste much time and quickly rest after a long journey. The room was delicately designed, clean and fully equipped. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner was cool, the bathroom was spacious with hot water always available. What I was very pleased with was that the room had a balcony overlooking the green garden, creating a feeling of relaxation and peace after each day of sightseeing. The breakfast at the hotel was rich, the food was delicious and hygienic. The restaurant staff always smiled and were ready to serve when needed. The swimming pool was clean, the surrounding space was quiet, very suitable for relaxation and recreation. The hotel's location is also very convenient, just a few minutes drive to Hoi An ancient town. The hotel also supports bicycle and motorbike rental at reasonable prices, very convenient for traveling and exploring. Overall, everything at Hadana Hoi An is fine, even beyond expectations. This will definitely be my first choice if I have the opportunity to return to Hoi An. Thank you to the hotel team for giving us a memorable vacation!

Friendly and enthusiastic staff, delicious breakfast.

The room is clean, beautifully decorated, with its own character. The breakfast buffet is delicious, mainly Western dishes. The hotel offers free bicycles. There is also a motorbike rental service around (outside the hotel). Thank you to the receptionist (on duty in the afternoon, speaking Hue accent) who assisted me with checking in and transferring luggage very enthusiastically and friendly.

everything is ok. The staff is not very enthusiastic. Sometimes they miss basic operations with customers. It feels like foreigners are given priority.

Not a very new resort or too luxurious, but the space and facilities bring comfort. Room size is large compared to the price range. Friendly and attentive staff. Take care delicate customers. Good in price range.

Nếu để lựa chọn cho kì nghỉ tiếp theo và điểm đến vẫn là Hội An thì chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại khách sạn này ❤️

Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, phục vụ nhiệt tình, nhà mình có bé nhờ các chị dọn dẹp dù đêm cũng có mặt. Ncl kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời.

The hotel is not far from the old town, about 1-2km, walk or borrow a bicycle from the hotel. Room comfortable, clean. The swimming pool is beautiful and cool because it is covered by buildings. Breakfast is diverse and delicious. Family had a great stay at the hotel, will come back again
