The luggage storage area having a shower so you can rinse off sand from the beach before you depart is something I now can't live without.

When booking the hotel, it said there would be free wi-fi. I am coming from out of the country so this was necessary. The wi-fi did not work or reach our room, and when we asked the front desk, she said “there’s nothing i can do about it. it doesn’t reach all of the rooms” So, false advertising. The door into the hotel room would also just open on its own sometimes. It was very uncomfortable. The utensils were also dirty.

The property is ok relating lodging and amenities but has no parking and The street is always crowded. The problem is that many vehicles Park near The corner and everynight two or three cars are towed or fined. We were told but The forbidden parking zone is not clearly marked. We were fined 40 euros and had to spend some hours to pay.

Been staying in this hotel for 5yrs now! Love it! Ideal for someone with car who wants to have peaceful stay but close enough to everything! Comfy simple decorating, Nice pool, good AC,free wifi,unlimited free parking.

Clean throughout, great sized pool, food and service in the pool bar and restaurant was fantastic. Quite a walk to the main strip however taxis available on request and cheap to get around.

Hotel is ok but nothing special. Walls are very thin so room can be noisey when trying to sleep off large nights or get an early night. Location is about 10 minutes walk to the bars of San Antonio Bay. However, it is more like a 50 minute walk around to the livelier bars in San Antonio itself where the sunset strip and West End are located. If attending the larger clubs then the Disco Bus leaves from San Antonio so factor in that is a 50 minute walk away or around 15 euros in a taxi. Coming back from Privilege a taxi was around 20 euros. Coming back from Pacha a taxi was 27 euros. Taxi to airport was around 30 euros. The hotel is a little out the way and to walk back to the hotel you do have to walk up a track that is not very well lit at night. We didn't have any issues doing this but some people may not feel comfortable walking up this track alone. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Room was always cleaned and made up. Shower wasn't great but did the job. Pool is nice enough and there was always sun beds available. Pool bar is reasonably priced but food menu is fairly limited. If you are just looking for somewhere to sleep and a pool to chill by in the day then this hotel is fine. If you're looking for something with more bells and whistles or want to be closer to the action then maybe look elsewhere.

Nice hotel for the cost, but bit of a trek to restaurants and bars. You need a car to avoid trying to walk home uphill for 500m plus in 35C heat. Parking the car is another perplexing problem. Otherwise hotel nice, pleasant helpful staff and clean functional rooms. Another problem is trying to find the hotel at night when you first get there. The sign posting is very poor.

We arrived from the UK late, we were due to pay upon arrival however my credit card kept declining, the senior member of staff was exceptionally slow to check us in (with a four year old) and after calling my bank in a panic they explained nothing was wrong... turns out the guy kept trying to charge my card via contactless which obviously exceeds the limit! We argued abit and he told me to get cash out (€618 - I don't think so!) in the end I made the card transaction myself as he clearly had no idea what he was doing. Besides this, the room had aircon, VERY basic self catering equipment, and staff only cleaned the room if we put up our room sign. The hotel is within walking distance to the main bay although not ideal for small children or elderly as there is a slight uphill (hard if it's boiling hot) we did have some mould growing on our bedroom walk also. The best thing going was the pool and pool bar. Cheap, clean and good music.
