La ubicación esta fantástico, muchas opciones para comer y compras. Las instalaciones del hotel en general, son muy buenas. Punto a mejorar la calidad de sus alimentos (probamos cena y desayuno) y podrian mejorar bastante

The staff and cleanliness was good. Everyone was always nice. Unfortunately there was no internet for us and other families on 3rd floor for 2 of 5 days. They told us they got a lot of complaints on internet for third floor but finally fixed finally on third day. Also, the breakfast buffets were done very poorly. Didn’t matter what time we went down, everything empty and not well prepared. Would take 15 min to refill. French toast was usually burnt pan Bimbo with a pound of sugar just thrown in top. Very disappointed in breakfast options and preparedness.

The AC was out the whole week.
