I didn't realize the type of hotel this was. We walked in and it was musky. We ended up leaving and stay somewhere else.

Convenient, comfortable place that looks like it has been mostly renovated. The breakfast was great and they have a shuttle service for kings island which is very nice and saves you $. Reasonably priced and will stay there again next time i visit kings island.

What a convenient location with very clean rooms. I was so excited to see a motel that was close to King's Island that was clean. The reviews that are negative about this locating are questionable. We had great service in an inexpensive hotel with spotless rooms. Our group would stay again :)

Good location but needs some malntenance

Amazing.

Didn't realize I was booking a hotel, and was a bit concered when I first saw it, but I was actually pleasantly surprised. The property has clearly been renovated and seems well maintained. The pool was fantastic, crystal clear, and having it open till midnight was a huge benefit, and we were able to swim like 4 times over the weekend. Overall I was very satisfied and would stay here again.

Sink wouldn’t drain, stopper for tub didn’t work, and room was extremely hot when we first got there.

Stayed with multiple children for a trip to Kings Island. Staff was friendly and able to get us conjoined rooms which was awesome. Kids loved the warm pool and the fact that it was open till 12, so they could swim after our long hot day. Breakfast the next day was also good. They had hot options and even down at the last half hour. Something for everyone. Room was okay for the price. Exactly all we needed to enjoy our trip. Would stay here again.

Considering the reviews stated "excellent", the accommodations were not. This was definitely not a hotel as advertised - it clearly met the definition of a motel. There was no "area rug" in room. That said, it was exactly what one would expect for the price, which was very reasonable. While the rooms were clean, the exterior looks old, poorly maintained, and with an unsightly cordoned off area with unused equipment. A very ugly, dark and extremely outdated orange wall in every standard - and maybe all or most rooms. There is very ugly, dark, and almost black carpeting (ick!), but it is clean, considering it has to be very old, which was surprising and very nice. I haven't tried breakfast buffet yet. The young man at the front desk was very nice when I checked in, and he explained very politely the need for the damage deposit, and how to get to my room. That was great, since I was really tired from my trip. The bed was comfortable. The deadbolt and safety chain worked well on my door. There was sufficient lighting in the room.

What a great stay, the beds were very comfortable with the soft pillow top, the sheets were very soft, the bathroom being separate to shut enables extra privacy, breakfast spread was above expectation, and the shuttle to the park was highly helpful! All around a great stay for us and we would definitely come back to stay when we swing by the area. Great friendly staff and the pool overlooks the fireworks from the park!

Staff was friendly and helpful, we really appreciated the shuttle to and from Kings Island. The pool was nice and stayed open late, which my kids really enjoyed. My only complaint (and it's minor), was that there was supposed to be a playground on site and there definitely wasn't. But not a huge deal, the kids were tired out from the amusement park and pool so it wasn't really missed. Overall we had a wonderful time and will most definitely remember this place the next time we head out that way!

This is a wonderful property, very clean, beds super comfy and the rooms are well-appointed and thought out. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Unacceptable Experience* My recent stay at Quality Inn was an absolute disaster. The hotel was filthy and clearly not being maintained properly. Here are just a few of the disgusting things we encountered: - Fake eyelashes and fingernail clippings on the couch in the room. - are you kidding me? - Our room had someone else's dirty clothes lying around, and the floor was covered in crumbs. - The pool was a hair-filled nightmare. I lost count of how many times I saw clumps of floating hair in the water. There was also HAIR on the bathroom walls.. we didn't even want to shower. It was disgusting - To top it all off, people were smoking right outside our room door. Made us very uncomfortable especially with having a little one with us.. Unbelievable. The lack of cleanliness and basic maintenance is appalling. How can a hotel expect guests to stay with them when they're clearly not taking care of the place? I would strongly advise against staying here. Until they seriously step up their game, l'd recommend looking elsewhere. I cannot believe how bad this hotel was and all the reviews said it was very clean. I paid for multiple nights and we had to leave . This place is disgusting.

This is a great place to stay while visiting Kings Island. It's clean, quiet and extremely convenient using the shuttle service to the park. The breakfast has a large selection compared to other places I stay. There is plenty of room to cool off in the outdoor pool. Loved it!
