The room was in desperate need of updating. The curtains were ripped, the couch was very old, the stove/oven were not in good condition, and I was very disappointed that there was no balcony. I had called specifically to ask if my room would have a balcony and was told that it would.

Room and entire property needs remodeled. Microwave and stove was rusted. Cabinets and paint in disrepair. Outside paint, elevator very bad shape.

Hot tubs were dirty and the hot water doesn’t work well unless you turn all the faucets on and run them for about 15 minutes or so. There was broken glass in the bedroom carpet, I found it before we took our shoes off luckily. Our stay was quiet, other than some early morning road work that is uncontrollable understandably. Kitchen was clean.

This our 2nd time staying here and it was the same as before, friendly staff, very clean, a little outdated BUT renovations are happening! I would recommend anyone to stay here.

The property is not the newest on the strip but the view was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. I went on a solo trip just to get away and decompress. I could walk to the beach whenever I wanted and the bed and sofa were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again if I were in North Myrtle Beach.

The pictures are not what you see when you get there the room was dirty and the building was as 1960 the only thing that was true was the pools found a roache as we were leaving

A great beachfront winter getaway during the Holiday.

It was so small dirty and cringy. It took the water 20 mins to get hot. The electricity cut off four times my 2nd day there. The heat took forever to warm up the room. The cable signal was horrible so I had to buy a fire stick. The front desk closes at 7 pm so you will be left with the security guard figuring out anything you need.

The stay was pleasant, it’s winter time so we just walked along the shoreline.

I have to say… Im so happy to have booked here. I was pleasantly surprised not only with the room, but also the amenities and the staff customer service here. Staff is super nice and helpful. The room stayed packs a punch with a kitchenette, jacuzzi, living room setting, two balconies facing beach, two bathrooms, and was clean. Let me repeat, was clean upon arrival. The facility contains pool and three hot tubs with a kiddie pool and a great spot right in front of the beach with showers right before coming back into the hotel pool area. They had an outdoor bar area, but was not open during this winter season which is usual, but to note.. is a plus. This is truly apartment style setting and stay. We loved staying here and despite maybe not painted the best or doesn't seem kept as some reviews may have said, personally for the value, the staff service, the cleanliness upon arrival, amenities, and location… i would stay here again and recommend it. Loved sitting on balcony and watching sunrise and sunset. This is an honest review not paid by any promotion. 👏

I will not stay there again the first room we had was full of bugs and the second room didn’t have hot water and the place is rusty and old and there toilet paper was like sandpaper. There the picture of the bugs
