Very impressed with our room. Plenty of space as welll as a master's bedroom.

Great place to stay

Nice

Reception staff was excellent! One waiter in the restaurant was inattentive. He sat us took a drink order and it took him 20 minutes to get our drinks...he had no problem getting drinks for other patrons who arrived after us.

Nice hotel but a little far from the airport to be an airport hotel

The staff was very pleasant and restaurant was excellent!

Efficient, friendly and fast. Will definitely return on my next visit.

Lukewarm shower that didn’t drain properly. Asked them to come up and fix it, but they said it was normal. Also, the A/C in the room wasn’t working, so we slept on top of the covers.

Good bed

Bus pick-up from airport problematic though probably more the fault of Airport baggage person: We waited at the wrong place for almost an hour for pick-up.

Convenient to the airport, friendly and helpful staff, punctual shuttle.

The staff and room were very nice!

Room was too warm and we couldn’t adjust the ac. Person at desk said just turn it off so we did that but it made no difference.

Great location near airport with a number of restaurants nearby. Would suggest a review of ventilation in room as it was very stuffy with non-opening windows.

Hotel it tired, room could not cool and the curtains were damaged

Fabulous hotel. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The suite, which was an upgrade, was spacious and very clean. The toiletries are gorgeous, the towels were soft and fluffy. The bed was comfortable with very clean, crisp sheets. I had a great sleep. The food in the restaurant is superb, the seafood chowder was first class.

The restaurant lets the hotel down in the evening. Very basic set up for a 4 star hotel. Service in the evening was terrible. Check in was just ok. Breakfast was good.

Great stay

It is a very long way from Dublin Aiport! Waiting forty minutes in the open at midnight for the advertised shuttle bus is not pleasant. When it arrived I nearly missed it as the word "Hilton" was very small behind a windscreen of a bus full of Polish people not going to the hotel.
