Chaque interaction a été marquée par la courtoisie, l’écoute et une réelle volonté de répondre aux besoins de la clientèle. Dans l’ensemble, une expérience très positive, portée autant par la qualité de l’hôtel que par l’engagement de son équipe. Je recommande sans hésitation.

It really depends the kind of room you book. I would not recommend anything less that the superior room. Others are outdated and have a bad smell

Male staff were very rude towards english speaking costumers. Rooms not at all what was advertised. Beach very dirty. Would not book this hotel again.

When I arrived at the hotel around 3AM my room was not ready yet

The Staff are not helpful, they charged me tax fees twice and extra money for my 2 years old child, price is too expensive compering with other hotels, and the rooms are dirty

The service was awful! I was initially put in a smaller room than what I had paid for. When I complained, they told me to contact hotels.com despite the fact that I had shown them the reservation. After I had spent time and money talking to hotels.com, they then agreed to put me in the right type of room. The front desk staff was rude and aggressive. The room was dirty. Cleaning was approximate! The desk too was not cleaned as I noticed that the same fly was there during my stay! Water was only served the first day. After that, I had to literally beg them hours on end to have water which I had to pay for! I had a steady flow of small cockroaches in the bathroom. All in all, the service was awful! This hotel does not deserve a 5 star rating. It should be avoided at all costs!

Staff were friendly even though some times it seemed like male staff are flirting but may be it is due to cultural differences. Amenities were decent and variety of food were really good.
